My daily dose of vitamin c tastes great. I thought I’d try a chewable vitamin as I have to swallow so many other pills already. This tastes great, it’s sour but orange. If you like haribo tangfastics, you’ll like these!

Easy to take vitamin tablet!

These are almost like sweets. You get that glucose taste and a tiny bit of sharpness from the vitamin C.The description says they are 500mg but on the bottle it says 3 tablets contain 150mg. I think the bottle is correct so it’s only 50mg per tablet which isn’t a lot for an adult which is why I would say they’re better for children. In fact it says the recommended daily intake is a minimum of two tablets per day for an adult.These are pretty cheap and the bottle is small so it’s quite a handy way to make sure you get at least some vitamin C intake each day.

I often use Vitamic C tablets and thought I'd give chewable ones a go. I, for some reason, thought they'd be gummy-like but they look like normal, round pills but you can chew them. The texture reminds me of them sweets that comes in a little bracelet and when you bite into them they're a bit powdery but taste fruity. These tablets have a pleasant zingy flavour and has made taking these supplements a bit more pleasant.I think they're a bit pricey but worth a go, especially if you struggle to swallow tablets.
