Measure twice or purchase twice.
The wrist splint is exactly as described but was much smaller than anticipated. I'm to a large or muscular person, and the Medium split did not fit around my wrist at all. Double check your measurements. I'm buying the next size up this time.

Be careful with sizing -- it's wrong in the description
Be sure you refer to the chart in the "From the manufacturer" section. It's significantly different than the sizes announced in the main description. (For example, the description lists medium as "6 - 7.25" but the "from the manufacturer" lists medium as 5" - 6"). I'm probably going to have to exchange this for a large because I trusted the main description.

Good Support, Cheap, And Comfortable
I have occasional flare-ups of wrist and hand tendinitis. I do a lot of work on a computer, so this is not surprising. I have tried many splints over the years and this is the best I've tried, so far. Whenever I get the flare-ups, I wear a cock-up wrist splint and ease up on work for a couple of weeks. It always heals with this treatment, luckily. With my recent flare-up, I ordered one for my right hand to try it out and loved it so much that I ordered another for my left hand. I had been using an old Futuro brand splint on my left hand and it is not nearly as comfortable and makes my hand sweat. This splint is very comfortable and the support is very good too. I cannot bend my wrist and it does not make my hand sweat. I can leave it on for many hours and don't feel like I need to take it off for awhile, for comfort. I have to do this with other cock-up wrist splints. The colors/design of the splint is nice also. A skin-colored splint may blend in better, but blending in doesn't matter to me. I'm not trying to hide it.The price of the splint is also very appealing. The only possible con of this splint might be durability. I haven't worn one long enough to know though. If it breaks down, it's not expensive to replace though.Although this is a very comfortable splint and I could probably wear it 24/7 for days, I will probably go back to wearing these for prevention, when my tendinitis has cleared up: ProFlex 4000 Single-Strap Right Wrist Support, Black, Medium I would love it if I didn't have to wear anything, but I'm afraid I must. Wrist wraps are the most comfortable and least restrictive, but they haven't worked for me at preventing flare-ups.

Nice little wrist support, but triple check size ordering
It is a nice little wrist support, but the neoprene and cloth will separate around the edges in no time. Just the nature of the material used. It is minimalist as far as wrist supports go, which is what makes it so amazing & versatile.I only measured my wrist and used the size chart to determine the correct size, which turned out to be too small. Also measure an inch or so above your wrist and inquire with seller if that will still fit or order according to that measurement. Apparently, I needed to go up a size instead of relying on my wrist circumference alone. Oddly, the thumb/hand opening is way too large, wrist fits, but above wrist it too small. I think that a lower price point this could be useful for activity outdoors or around the house or use during exercise and a good deal, knowing that the neoprene and fabric will separate and being prepared to deal with that or making your own repairs. It is still a cool little wrist support that I would likely recommend.

Works
I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and wanted to give this splint a shot coz the pain was getting bothersome. I wore it as much as I can over a weekend(even at night) and I felt a lot of relief after. My fingers weren't tight any more. Only negative in my case was because of the way the splint wraps around the thumb I kept it a little outstretched I think and my thumb hurt for a few days after. This is a great product but just try to keep your fingers in their normal position as much as you can.

Works well, but gets a little sweaty
I was recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome, and was told to use this type of splint while sleeping. It has helped a lot - no more waking up in the middle of the night because my hands have gone numb. Takes a bit of getting used to, but it's not too bad once you get the adjustment right and trim the velcro so it doesn't overhang. The only minor problem I've had with these(I have a matching pair of L/R), is that when I wake up my hands/wrists tend to be pretty sweaty. Maybe it won't be as bad in cooler weather, but I'm tempted to find something that breathes a bit, a feature lacking in neoprene.

Good where maximum restriction is necessary - but bad strap design..
These splints would be fine for totally immobilizing wrists and keeping them in the ideal position where that degree of restriction is necessary. I am supposed to wear them at night to keep my wrists straight due to carpal tunnel. They are so restrictive that it would be hard to wear them during the day and still function normally. The medium size suggested for my wrist measurement does not wrap around completely and the three velcro wrist straps that bridge the gap are very uncomfortable against the skin. I used pieces of paper towel under the straps to cushion them but this makes them awkward to take off and on. I bought a different wrist brace - the Mueller Green Maximum Support and I find them much more comfortable while still keeping my wrists straight at night. I am actually typing with them now. I would not have been able to do that with the Champion. They also have a comfortable knit lining protecting skin from the velcro. Two wider straps instead of four thin ones are much easier and faster to adjust. Price is comparable. Took away two stars for the strap design.

Very hard
This may have not been the best brace for me to buy as I had just had a surgical implant on my hand. It was recommended that I get this but I could not wear it after the surgery because it is very hard and does not offer any comfort in between the splint. It does do a good job of keeping your wrist supported.

Perfect hand position, but disappointed
Hand position is perfect. However, the neoprene does not fit the wrist entirely, and therefore the velcro digs into your skin. There is a piece at the bottom I've yet to find that also pokes into my skin.I like the position of my wrist that is far superior to other brands, so I solve the issue by cutting off the toe of a sock as a sleeve. If the neoprene was like a glove, I'd give it 10/5 stars!!

good splint but expensive
This is the 4th or 5th of these I have ordered. the last one did not last even two years before Velcro becomes unusable. This latest splint is MUCH thinner and cheaply made at a higher cost.

Worked for a tfcc injury
Doctor told me to wear this for 3 weeks and it worked well. Not as comfortable as some but that's probably due to it being more restrictive.
