The Original Butter Bell Crock by L. Tremain, Parlez Moo Francais Butter Spreaders, Set of 4

These are adorable spreaders. A great gift with some nice Brie. I bought these cute spreaders (designer-clad Chanel cow, a cute, traditionally dressed Parisian couple with milk and flowers, and a business man cow) to keep on hand for a gift. The next time we go to a friend's house for dinner or a party, I'll use these as a hostess gift. It's great that you can throw them in the dishwasher.

I got these as a gift for my mom, which she loved! I just wish the packaging was better- a couple of the knives were damaged/ had pieces knocked off, and the box was crumpled from the delivery :/

Kinda crappy. L. Tremain looks "Francais," but they are out of Marina del Rey, CA. FIVE STARS, however, to their butter bell. Mash two sticks of softened butter into the bell, add a little water for its evaporative cooling, and you have perfectly spreadable butter out on the counter 24/7/365.25.

I've had a string of bad luck with my purchases of butter bells. Once I broke the top and once I broke the bottom. Naturally, one was white and the other ivory. In the process of looking for yet another butter bell I came across these butter spreaders, and they won my heart. I do display them as pictured here in a butter bell top filled with rock salt. That way I see them everyday and they make me happy.

Great for everyday use. I have a really pretty butter croc but crushed the nice ceramic spreader in the dishwasher. These spreaders are really cute. It is also nice to have more than one on the table for family breakfast.

So cute but the ear on one was broke so I am going to try and glue it
