I am pleasantly surprised by these tablets. I never tried black cohosh before (I tried a lot of other herbal remedies), and I didn't have any expectations either. If you are suffering from hot flashes and night sweats, you must try these tablets. They are not a total cure but reduced my hot flashes significantly. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. If you take too many of them you can get stomach acid so be careful. I think the prices for these types of supplements are extremely high but these particular tablets are affordable. I will definitely order from these sellers again. I highly recommend them.

Bought 1 lot and they were great, 2nd lot arrived 6wks late and are more powder than tablets, buyer beware these are of an exceptionally poor quality

This is my second lot ..does seem to help with the hot flushes..still get hot but not so sweaty ..will continue to use ..

It does stop my hot flushes but its so soft that as soon as you put it on your tongue, it smelts straight away, leaving a horrible taste on your mouth, 2/4 tablets arrived, in powdered form.

Works for hot flushes and other perimenopause symptoms.

I have had capsules before buying these but thought I would try them. They are too soft. Found crumbled ones in packet. When I put them in my mouth they dissolved leaving a disgusting taste.When I got near the end. When I poured the contents out it had gone to powder. Not sure how many tablets this was. I’m not happy having paid £10 for 60 and I have run out. I’m going back to capsules.

Recommended by my sister to help with my hot flushes during the menopause.These have really helped and I am down to 2/3 hot flushes a day which is more manageable.Though they may not work for everyone at this price it's definitely worth a try

Had been using a well known brand that combine black cohosh & St John's wort together in one tablet, they worked a treat. They were pretty expensive so decided to buy these and some St John's wort in the same mg amount as was in original tablets. Took both and persevered for 7 weeks until I had to give in and buy my original tablets. THESE DO NOT WORK complete waste of money. I suffered hot flushes so bad, and my mood was low, felt extremely stressed. Been taking my original brand for just over 2 weeks and already the flushes are only very mild. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for! These are cheap for a reason
