We needed a new cat hair collector, for our bedroom, as our cat treats our bed pretty much as her own most days. We've tried various methods - sticky rollers (expensive), brushes (good but not easy to hold) - so gave this one a try and it looked easier to hold in the hand and similar to the 'brush' style we've used before. It does a good job of picking up cat hairs from our duvet, but it's a little fiddly to clean / empty the roller once it starts to fill up. With others, you put the brush in / out which grabs the hair and dust. With this one, you have to open it / pull out the hair and roller and then clean out the compartment - so I've docked it one star for this.

Not as all singing/dancing as I was expecting, but much better than other similar items I've tried so far, you don't need to use any pressure to get results. Cleaning is ok, but I find that the opening for the collecting isn't big enough to get lint stuck on the very ends. Often have to roll in just one direction to get stuff to stick to it. The release button for the collecting bin is right where you want to put your thumb so I keep popping it open. The only way to get all the lint out is to use the silicon blades to move the barrel around while cleaning out the collecting bin, it's a little annoying that there's nothing on the side to help move this.

Great little gadget that collects most of the hairs on our dog's blankets. You have to kneel on one side of the blanket and hold the other side firmly, whilst moving the pet hair remover backwards and forwards. It is easy to empty too. The only negative point is that it is quite noisy, which spooks our dog, so I can only use it when she is not in the same room.

I needed something to get the dog hairs off my bed and car seats. This was flimsy and poor at doing its job. I imagine if the hair was not worked into the fibres of my bedclothes or car seats it might be okay but anyone with a hairy pet will know that's just not how it works.I wouldn't recommend this, it does a poor job.

felt i needed to review this....only had it a few weeks, hopefully lasts well....but so far this thing is amazing...picks up a serious amount of hair, hair you wouldnt know was on your sofa.....and even more astonishing, this thing removed two stains on our fabric sofa from the dog....its crazy good i think.......again, hope it continues to perform this great for a long time.

I took it out the bag a minute ago, tried it out on the arm of my cloth couch (a magnet for dog hair) and that front piece (see in picture) immediately fell out. I'm trying to put it back in but it won't stay in. So that's not great.As for how it works, it only goes a little bit back and forth which doesn't exactly give you a quick replacement for a lint roller. It's fine I guess if you're using it on hard furniture but not on a blanket or clothing. It didn't pick up the tiny cat hairs on my tshirt.It says on the package it has an eighteen month warranty but on checking my order information, there's no way to contact the seller so guess I'm not seeing my money again. Honestly if I had been able to message them, I wouldn't have bothered with this review.

Excellent per hair brush! I was about to purchase an expensive vacuum cleaner for pet hair when my son told me about this brush. It's a life saver. We have a long haired cat and a border coli. Works brilliantly for both.

Our black long-haired cat, whilst a joy in every way, leaves a trail of hair wherever he goes on our light-coloured carpet. The hoover just couldn't cut it! For such a simple and affordable solution, I was sceptical as to whether this would even scratch the surface of the issue but I needn't have been. It's so effective and simple to use — yes, you do have to get down on hands and knees and put in some manual work BUT the results are worth it. Just as good on upholstery and clothing too! Highly recommend for all pet owners, especially of the long-haired kind!
