Comes with prepaid mailer, you need TWO
Easy to use kit. Instructions were clear and having the prepaid mailer was great.I docked a star because to really get a clear reading you need TWO kits, in order to test the indoor vs outdoor air qualities. That was not clear when I ordered, and why not just put two Petri dishes in the thing? Why would I pay twice for the mailing label when it could just all be sent as one?Edit: I docked another star because the gel took days to harden. It remained watery when instructions say it will harden in an hour. I could let tape it over a vent because if I tipped the dish it would spill.

Mold Report Mixup
After following the instructions, we sent the mold container back to the company in the mail bag provided. That was a month ago and we have received no report. We have not even received an acknowledge that they received and how long we can expect the reportAfter I found their telephone number I found that they had been one letter off on my e-mail address. Once that was corrected I received the report immediately. The report is informative and professional. It greatly set our mind at ease.

Only one dish but requires 2
I thought that the kit would include everything I needed. Once I received it I found out that I should have ordered 2 for a complete test. There should be 2 dishes in the kit so you don't have to order 2 to get the results

I just received this product. I haven't used it yet. I purchased this product because it advertised that it included 3 tests. "The Supreme Mold Test Kit for home, tests for all mold types and includes 3 tests. The Supreme Mold Test Kit is inclusive of lab fee, shipping and expert consultation. The Supreme Mold Test Kit allows for an air swab sample for visual mold and bulk samples (3 tests) to ensure you can properly test areas of concern in your home. " The kit that I received only contained one petri dish for one sample. I contacted the company to find out why there is a discrepancy.
