Arrived a day earlier than expected,fairly easy to assemble except for the arm rests to the back which need to be left loose initially then tightened when all bolts are in place.Used it for one day then tightened all allen screws again.Very comfortable and good value,i think it will last for a good while.

It was difficult to assemble and it was comfy. I bought it for £100 it was a reasonable price. The only problem is that there are bits of the material come off the top of the chair. It wasnt ripped just looked like the coating of fake leather stuff or whatever was coming off. Overall it was alright

Owned for a couple of months with daily use. So far so good. My 15year old chose it for when playing xbox. I was concerned it wouldn’t be big enough based on some of the reviews saying the back wasn’t very tall or that it was a child’s seat. My lad has got to be pretty much 6ft tall and says it’s absolutely fine. As with the majority of teenagers he take little care of his things but the chair is proving to be up to the job. It’s solid, no squeaks, nothing has come loose, the padding is as it was out of the box stitching and material showing no signs of wear.So far this chair is proving you can get good quality at a fraction of the cost of others

My gaming chair came today and let's just say I couldn't be happier with it I absolutely love it. I ordered this on a Saturday evening and it arrived a couple days later so very fast delivery. I can't recommend this seller enough also the chair came wiry a 2 year warranty

1. FAULTY PRODUCTThe upholstery by the left arm (on the chair back) was scuffed/creased and not padded/stuffed sufficiently. When I contacted the company I received onerous instructions and warnings about about costs and returns... £25 admin charges ... buyer pays and arranges tracked postage ... IMS will dispose of chair if not deemed faulty ... and buyer needs to collect from Birmingham! DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!2. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSEThe maximum load weight was not stated in the product description (but I discovered that it is 80kgs from the Brazen website). The industry recommended standard for an adult gaming chair is 250 lbs or 113 kgs. This means that the chair is not suitable for anyone who weighs more than 12.5 stone! (i.e. it's intended for a youth or child not a fully grown adult!!)Contacted AMAZON Customer Service who who were great and helped resolve the situation however I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this seller.

Very good chair, 20 minutes to assemble, which was a bit awkward but mainly easy. Definitely worth the money and asthetically pleasing.

When the chair arrived in the box, I thought it felt very light, which isn't always bad, but could mean that the chair is of a smaller size overall, which it was, but I wasn't to know this yet. In terms of packaging, the box was quite wrecked and sellotaped together, but the actual chair parts were of good quality and everything was neatly packaged.The instructions were slightly hard to follow as they were very very simple and basic (not much detail at all), but I managed to build the chair. Everything fit together perfectly and was good, but I noticed the chair didn't have a recline lever (should've read more into this before), but I wasn't too bothered.What isn't great is the size. The distance of the ground is fine, but when I lean back, my head is completely over the top of the chair, meaning there is no support. On top of that, the head rest itself is sticking into my back, making it vastly uncomfortable. I (6 foot male weighing at 75kg) am not vastly taller than the average UK man, and of a healthy weight, so wouldn't expect this, as this was classed as a adult.What I would say, is if you are UNDER 5 foot 7 and need a chair, this is a very good buy!!! However, if you are around 6 foot, its best to look elsewhere as this will likely be too small for you.
