Well thought out design the bottom attachment keeps a unit out of standing water battery compartment dry. Pump is relatively weak and heavier soaps need to be partially diluted in order to flow freely. Unit is well-made sturdy outperformed our units in the long run.

The dispenser works great. I purchased 2 and filled them with different thicknesses of soap. They both dispense the soap great. The sensors work well. The hands free makes no mess on the counters. With the pump dispensers I had before there would always be a mess on the dispenser and counter.I would certainly buy the dispensers again. I would rate them a 10 out of 10.The only thing one needs to be careful of is to not not the dispenser over as the soap leaks out the fill hole.

Dispensed too much soap at a time and you could not control how much came out. Very difficult to use considering it should’ve been very simple. Go with the manual ones.

I liked that it’s not big and doesn’t take too much space, I placed it on my bathroom sink and I plan to purchase another for the kitchen sink.

I received this product in September and 2 months later it stopped working. Initially it worked great dispensed soap well after the 1st refill it never worked again period of course I've passed the window to return the item so a lesson learned and I move onUPDATE: I cleaned it again and it started working. The sensors must have been dirty. It's back to working great.

When we received the dispenser, it was cracked in the back. However, it did not seem to be in an area that would leak so we filled it. My family loves it and I wanted another one immediately. The best thing that I like about it is the ability to change the amount of soap dispensed by pressing the buttons on top.

This is one of the better touchless soap dispensers we've owned. We operate a small business and are using to dispense liquid sanitizer and after a week it's operating as expected.

Unfortunately, this soap dispenser stopped working after less than 2 months. I've gone through the trouble shooting steps of even attempting to clean the tubing but the screws are stripped after one use.Not good
