The media could not be loaded. I normally don't like soft wax but this one is amazing the only thing I didn't like was the wax strips that came with it I had to go to Sally's an buy some wax strips Other than that everything was perfect

It’s not good at all
When I used this product the wax container kept on falling out and it burned my leg which now my leg has a white scar

Terrible product
Bought this product hoping that it would work good, instead it was horrible it burned my armpits for 3-4 days. the wax was horrible to remove it after applying and the pain is 11/10 unbearable pain! felt like someone was ripping my armpit hairs one by one with their bare hands. Don’t ever buy this item I want my refund ASAP this is trash never ever again will i look towards this item, sent straight from hell

Great kit but strips are bad.
The wax and they warmer itself is wonderful. However, the strips this comes with are weak and do not work. They rip apart and cause bruising.

Disappointed
I’m highly disappointed, I just got this delivered today and I was so excited to use it, I had followed all the instructions in how to prepare but just didn’t worked as expected, it was also really difficult to even get the wax to come out when it was hot enough and after pulling some hairs out i noticed I started bleeding and now my leg is going to be left with a ugly scar. 😣
