Good in theory but design isn't there yet.
I love this concept because I always sleep on my arms and wake up with it fully asleep and in pain. But the belt is very hard to set and it seems to be made for a large arm and/or for the upper arm. I sleep with my hand under my head and really need it around my wrist/forearm which is really small. The whole thing is too big/bulky to sleep on and too high because of the belt plus the soft thing on top. I think improving the design to be one belt soft on the outside, hard on the inside, to be smaller, and to be able to more easily adjust the belt would make it a great product.

Perfect for what I use it for (it's not as a pillow)
I think I ruined the dialysis shunt on my left arm by lieing on my arm to long during sleep. Now I have a second shunt on the other arm and cannot afford to destroy that one too. I'd be in deep trouble. I use this product to protect my shunt from lieing on it. As such it works perfectly. I can go to sleep now without worrying about my shunt. I'm in Germany and ordered this product from Amazon USA since it is not available on Amazon Germany. I'm glad I found it here.

Hopes dashed by product that is difficult to adjust and painful to wear
I have been having a problem with upper arm pain when sleeping on my side. I had high hopes that this product would work. First off, I am a big guy with large arms. When I got this product, setting it up was very confusing. After finally, getting it set, I wore at night with horrible results. My arm hurt worse than before. The product dug into my arm leaving a mark on it. I tried to readjust the device but that was almost impossible to do. So disappointed. Do NOT buy this product!

Comfortable
Since I'm tired of waking up with numb/tingling hands, or feeling like my shoulder is getting pulled out of shape because I can't help but sleep on it at the wrong angles, I decided ot give this a try.And for the price of one, I got the two different items. The Slumber Sleeve arrived last night, and I gave it a try. It was comfortable, didn't feel in the way, and kept the weight of my head off of my arm. I did wake up and turn, but for other reasons than my arm or shoulder being uncomfortable. I didn't switch it to the other arm, and after a while soon switched back over to the side with the Slumber Sleeper anyway.I got the Pillow Aid today, and will give it a try. Hoping for another good experience with it. I sure can put both to good use!22 May 15 - I tried the Pillow Aid. It was nice, and actually worked for me. The tube is harder plastic than the Slumber Sleeve, and with no covering, but not so hard as to be uncomfortable with a pillow on it. It kept me from putting pressure on my arm and having it fall asleep. Drawback was that I got a bit hot with it on, and the edges did poke me a bit until I could find the right angle for it. Neither of which interrupted my sleep.I'm keeping both, and will use the Slumber Sleep on the side I sleep and save the Pillow Aid for those nights I may find myself sleeping on both side. That way I won't have to switch in the middle of the night.I may check back after a while to describe if it's still working for me after a few months.

Will re-review once a different pillow is obtained
I'm still working on it...I need a smaller/softer pillow to try it with than the one I have at the moment, currently if I put my pillow over it I'm up too high and it's not soft enough to put my head on directly, though it doesn't squeeze my arm, and was easy to put together after a few moments of looking at the directions and fiddling.I've also just started trying it around my ankle when I cross my leg over my knee, since my foot always goes numb, but I haven't decided if it's worth it yet.

I am stunned but this works!
I am a side sleeper and I have a chronic problem with tingling in my hands due to the weight of my head against my arm even though my arm is under the pillow. I was searching for a side sleeper pillow when I came across this SlumberSleeve. I figured it was worth the chance to try for $25 but I really had almost no expectation at all that it would work. However, I am simply stunned how effective this product is. It immediately alleviated my numbness problem and as a huge extra benefit, I am sleeping much better and waking up much more rested.I think the key to this product is to be sure to follow the directions and after fitting it to your arm, set it 2 notches wider. This allows the sleeve to flatten out in an oval which gives it a bit of a bounce and flexibility so it is more comfortable for your head. The key is for it to flex but not so much that the product itself is resting on your arm.

Very uncomfortable
Just transfers the part of your arm that falls asleep to the end section of the tube can't believe I even thought it would work lol.
