We had a catastrophic zipper failure into the 2nd week that we had this bag. It was frustrating at first, because there was foam everywhere. We absolutely loved this bean bag and I had no idea how I was going to be able to return such a monster. I called the company and after sending proof (pics) and proof of purchase, they sent a new cover immediately at no cost. Now there was the fact that I still had to sew the malfunctioned zipper closed, this was a huge undertaking but mailing it back would have big a much bigger undertaking so I am happy with the solution. That being said I think the manufacturer should rethink their design and perhaps put the foam in an inner lining and then inside the suede cover. It would after all save them $$ in the long run and they have obviously had this same problem with other bags as he was very quick to respond with his solution.

First off, I love this thing. I choose to sleep in this some nights over my bed.But for taller people, I’m 6’ and I’m maxing this out. I would not enjoy it if I was any taller. (Would be great if it was a little bigger, but I just fit).I’m Im also about 210 lbs, and I had to add an extra 5 lb bag of shredded foam, but it’s totally worth it. Amazingly comfortable.But def recommend this. Perfect for reading.

I bought this for my autistic daughter and she loves it. It was wayyyyy bigger than I thought but that’s a plus. The texture is very soft and the foam is comfortable. Only down side to it is that it is a very heavy package and trying to get it up the stairs in the house was a task but overall I highly recommend this.

Definitely a cool addition to my studio, love how big it is. Very malleable to fit your shape, but will for sure need to be flipped over to regain full shape to be reshaped 😂

We bought this after staying at an Air BNB where this was a piece of living room furniture. The wife and I both love this. It fits well in our room, it’s about the width of a king bed, so definitely need the space to have this!If you’re looking, this one is great at a fraction of the price of others. I don’t think I could justify spending over $500 on a bean bag. In my opinion, this one is a bargain. Buy it!

My daughter wanted this for a gift a few months ago, and I made the purchase. She opened it downstairs and after it fluffed up and grew to the correct size after being smooshed in a box, it was so much bigger than we realized. Carrying it upstairs was a chore, and it took 3 people to do it, but after 20 minutes or so, we finally were able to get it into her bedroom. Don't get me wrong, it is super comfortable, but make sure you open it and take it out of the box in the room where you want it to stay. That and if you have any pets, there is a good chance you will be fighting to keep them out of this thing. My cat has made this her primary bed and refuses to get up even after my daughter tries to lay down in it. Months later, it is still holding up well and is still just as comfortable as the day we got it.

I wound up giving this away. I thought it was a good idea. I had visions of relaxing and lounging on this while reading a book, or listening to music. I didn't find it all that comfortable. It was VERY difficult for me to move around to change the postion of it from sofa to big seat. It was difficult to get out of once I was in it and it took up so much room! Too much room. In the end I gave it to my daughter and her family. Young people would probably love this in a bigger room than my 8.5 x 9.0 room. My inner flower child was disappointed.

Figured it'd be an ok couch replacement and ended up being very comfy, Holds shape without much loss of fluff too. Survived 2 Large dogs playing on it aswell with no rips.

Worst.don't buy it

One week in and it beats all my other chairs purchased to combat my bad back, the hard parts getting out of it but it is super comfy, bigger than expected but worth the price, make sure you don't sit on it for a fair few days after unpacking and plump it up regularly

I liked the way it was packaged who would have known it will blow out so big a size just as i wanted i plan to buy two more in future its so soft and flexible my little son has taken it

My son loves it. He's 22 and just moved into his own apartment. His friends sometimes stay over and have slept on it.If your older you may find you have to roll off onto the floor and get up.

This is the best and most incredibly comfortable bean bag substitute. I love it! Highly recommended.
