during lockdown i reconnected to camping and found my sleeeping bag wasnt cutting the mustard when it comes to retaining heat so after alot of research i went for the snugpack expansion 4.It kept me warm even maybe a little too hot which ticks the box i was hoping for.size wize, i am a bigger lad, 6ft tall with a 30" waist so i wanted to make sure i get a bag that fits me, this was a good choice as it has two zips, the first is basic tight mummy bag which is snug but confortable and the second zip adds 7 inches to the internal space which left me loads of room.company wise, it was delivered within 4 days of ordering, so would reccomend all around!

The Snugpak sleeping bag arrived beautifully packaged and prompt 👌. I chose the 4 seasons bag for a charity walk on January 1st that a friend and I are doing from West Yorkshire to Lands End to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust in Leeds in memory of our m8 Noah 😎. And Snugpak deliver on both quality and price on outdoor gear and the bag looks super toasty and expands for alittle extra room 😎. Fantastic warmth. Tested camping in Scottisg wintery -3 snow and wind. Superb heat retainment, didn't need to pull draw strings or use liner or use extra clothing. Used with thermal mat and airbed. Snug as a bug 😊

The product itself is perfectly fine. However, I bought this bag under the proud nationalistic illusion that it was made in the UK. Not so - these bags are made in China. I hope that you'll consider this fact before buying.Also, I'm not sure where this product fits into the market? Even when compressed it represents a rucksack-full. I love the idea of having room to move around at night but unless one takes a 100L rucksack this will be your only piece of kit! If I went car camping then taking a mummy bag would be pointless. I'd take a Coleman Basalt double, two blankets and a warm dog. So, I'm not sure what to do with my Expansion 4. It's a pity because it is a very nice bag otherwise.
