Coast Products PX45 Tactical Focus Beam LED Flashlight, Aluminum, 200 lm

Excellent flashlight. This is the third one I bought not because they wore out but as gifts. I use mine everyday at work and have had it over three years and still works like new. Much better, brighter, and more durable than Maglight.

Great flashlight; super bright. Pretty well built. I own two and I have no complaints.

Opened package on arrival. Light didn’t work. The inside of the light was corroded. Cleaned it with baking soda. Added new batteries. Not working. Looked for a way to direct contact the company. Not successful (could be an overlook on my part). Just wanted to give the company a heads up. Last time I sent an item back, it was not worth the shipping cost & time added to original price. The other Coast lights I have are very good products. Will probably buy more in the future, but this one was a dud.

Flashlight works very well in all situations rain snow everything I do a lot of work at night lights up everything I need and the distance is awesome

I bought mine for under $50 w/tax at a local hardware supply - the shock proof feature is so-so - if you drop it, you may need to readjust the battery compartment - something wrong with the electrical contacts - just twisting it open and shut again usually works, but sometimes it doesn't work when you tighten it all the way, as if it's been tightened too far, so be prepared to have to play with it... anyway, it's a bright light for your belt strap or glove box, but they ARE getting brighter. LED is a better investment than halogen, fluorescent and incandescent, for the short term, but fiber optics are still the best long term investment for now.

I bought this at Home depot about four months ago. Very bright and has an excellent adjustable spot/flood. I use it at night, or in the day when a bright light is needed to look into a small area of access. The 200 lumen is adequate for most tasks. Well worth the 48.00 I paid. I have about 25 AAA Sanyo NIMH batteries with a charger so I never have to buy batteries. Waiting for the Coast A25R rechargeable with 466 lumens! 200 lumens will temporarily blind you close up I can not find anyone other than Coast who have them in stock and they cost more but worth it (X2 Lithium packs and can use 4 AA batteries). Yes I have looked at Streamlight, Pelican and a few more. Can not find anything with the same features as Coast. Waiting for Amazon to sell them.
