Timing - Product arrived lateDimensions - Width was about same as website. Length closer to 126cm, but depth was around 4cm (photo attached) despite being unpacked for 5-6 hours and "plumped" to make it as thick as possible. Its worth noting advertised depth was 15cm (+/-3cm).Build quality - Poor. Trailing string on seams (see photo)Fabric quality - Poor. Extremely thin cotton fabric, probably similar thickness to cotton school short but feels less robust. (Certainly not waterprooof or close to if this is of interest to you for an outdoor cushion)Fit for purpose - Given its described as a cushion for an egg chair that's so thick you wont feel the metal frame, I would say it wasn't fit for my egg chair. Maybe I have a more uncomfortable metal frame than others (or maybe my 12 stone weight is on the heavy side for a typical user). Either way, I would not describe it as a good solution for using if you want a comfy seat for this or similar type of chair.Packaging: Pretty good - Product was vacuum packed to a reasonable standard to protect it, plus an internal protective layer.Added detail 20 June - FInally got a refund after the seller complained to me that I had posted this review & an equally similar review of them as a seller. I was clearly promised a refund of the postage costs to return via one of the 20 odd mails we had exchanged, however whilst they processed the refund (after being chased 8 days after receiving the item back), they have now defaulted to a "we are waiting for the warehouse to tell us if this item is defective" stance and currently refusing my £9.99 postage refund.

This product is horrendous. When it arrived it was vacuum packed and when let out of the bag it was so creased that it remained like that. There was barley any padding in it and it was not fit for purpose.When I asked to return for a refund they declined and said ‘can you give it to a friend?’Unfortunately if it’s not good enough for me I am not going to give it to a friend!Terrible product & unhelpful customer service.

This is the worse product I ever bought on Amazon. Really surprises me that Amazon allowed this kind of misleading ships be here. Don’t waste your money. Really bad product. Shocking how much is bad.
