My ball striking has never been this good.
This totally revolutionized my swing. I’ve played since I was a teenager, & I’m now 36. For the first time, I have learned how it feels to shallow out the club. My stock shot is now a draw. I’m having to relearn how to hit a fade/cut, which is a nice change. I’m still learning how to hit the full swing band. It’s really tricky to not get tangled up, & feels very awkward, but I’m committing to it based on the results I’ve seen so far. I’m a 14 hcp & my last round shots gained analysis was +5 against a 10hcp on my approach shots & +1.2 on driving. (Via Arccos data) Not bad for 3 rounds into training with the PlaneMate.

gimmicky does not follow lessons and real life swing etc. Wasted money on this.

Great product- Will identify your flaws fast
I just got my Plane Mate today and took about 10 swings with the chipping band. Then I jumped into the longer green band because as a 2 hdcp I thought I’d be ok. Not so fast. My takeaway is a major problem. I took another 20 swings into my net and struggled keeping the band tight, thus indicating how bad my takeaway is. I have a lot of work to do. Great product that identified the main flaw in my swing. Highly recommend this product but do so if you have patience.

38 year scratch-2 played at a decently high level in high school and college. Started to work on my golf game again the last few years to see how good I can get before I lose some mobility. Hands down greatest training aid I’ve ever used (I have a lot of them). I was always a shallow in the backswing and more shallow on the downswing so I could strike it decent but man it was hit or miss. Flatter than a pancake. I worked on getting more elevation and developed an over the top move. I never fully understood the takeaway to the top of the backswing dynamics until I got the planemate. So freakin helpful. It was an understanding and a feel I’ve had in the past when hitting it well but not really knowing why I was hitting it well. Been working with it for about six months now with some ups and downs bc I’m trying to navigate the new motion to non stock shots (side hill etc.). Wedge game has never been better. Like others I put in about 2 hours of work over a week when I first got it and had the best ball striking round of my life and a PR of 67 that weekend. Those results haven’t totally been steady as all golfers know but I promise that feel you’ll get will be a lightbulb feel of those days you were smashing it

Gave us the $hank$
Seemed like a good idea, felt all the feels they talk about... Totally started $hanking the heck out of the ball. Still haven't recovered months later (psycho I know).It's now an expensive display item in my pile of swing aids that didn't work or made things worse.Fyi... I am a 7 hcp. Have a decent game. I was a 2hcp when I tried this. Mostly the $hanks it caused destroyed my golf brain.

A dynamic way to always feel the correct swing path
I had always struggled with an inside takeaway (rolling of the forearms, club head immediately open/inside) and the planemate fixed it instantly- it was honestly shocking. The pic I uploaded is from the very first time I used it.Getting dynamic feedback is critical - I've owned a planemate for almost two years now, and I still use it weekly to further ingrain swing feels.The two types of golfers I think this is perfect for: Golfers who go a long time in between swing lessons, and new golfers who need to know what a proper swing should feel like.

Expensive but worth it!
Love this training aid. Like other tour striker products (think the ball on a string), it’s super expensive for what it is, but the results of the training aid are top notch and worth the $$$.Hitting shots w this w the tour striker ball is a game changer! Highly recommend both products!
