These taste pretty good. I have had them one day, so cannot comment to their efficacy, but these taste much better than elderberry tea.

Great flavor of Elderberry which was recommended by my physician for health and immunity. I have issues with my body absorbing nutrients. I allow these to dissolve in my mouth instead of swallowing whole for better absorption. The fact that in addition to Elderberry, they contain Zinc and Vitamin C is a plus. I tried several brands and this is my favorite because the flavor is great. Shopped around and Amazon has the best price.

The flavor is ok, upset my stomach just a bit at first, but now eating them once a day I feel fine. They can be eaten 2x/day.

Has mild berry taste and is soft to chew.
