This was my first time buying an urn. It was for my dad who just passed away in February. He use to take me out to the woods and seemed to love trees. When I saw this I knew it would be perfect. It’s sort of antique looking with almost a mystical sort of look to it. Very earthy. I love that it was hand done and know he would have too. I was worried about the size, since I honestly don’t know how much cubic feet the ashes are, but it holds my dad very well and he was 6’5”. This whole event has been so difficult and so sudden, but seeing the urn makes me feel better about it. Like I gave him a good place to rest in something I think he really would have liked. Also the customer service has been great. They responded quickly when an issue with delivery took place (pandemic and all) and were very willing to help any way they could. They were compassionate and kind and I greatly appreciated that. The urns are beautiful, and after searching the web for an urn to hold an adult it’s actually a decent price. Especially since it’s hand done. I’m very pleased with the urn. Not so much pleased with why I got it though lol.

It just felt right when we placed my son's ashes inside this beautiful vessel. Chris loved nature so that tree and the wood just felt perfect.

So much cheaper than ordering at funeral home. And it's durable. I love the details. The bottom slides open and there is screw to keep it closed. My ashes are still in the bag ziplocked so no messes happen.

My biggest regret is knowing my father would never see the urn I would keep him in. He would adore it. I’ve had this for almost 3 years, it’s been with me through 3 moves, and has kept him safe.I saw a few comments about not being able to open it. It opens on the bottom with a single screw, and pulls out from the back end. I’ve opened it a few times when I needed to give ashes to my sibling, and when I spread some ashes in my garden as he requested.

This item was even more beautiful in person. Pictures don't do it justice.There was more than enough room for my loved ones ashes, he was about 250 pounds when he passed.

Although it's made well, the interior dimensions are inaccurate. Needed an urn with interior dimensions 5.5" description stated large (250 cu) had interior dimension of 5.75". In actuality the interior dimensions were 5 1/4". Had to return the item and get a larger size.

This is a lovely carved box for your loved one’s cremains. It is very pretty, with the “Tree of Life” for a male or female. We display it for all to see. It was easy to open and close.

It is a beautiful urn. Just what I was looking for.

My brother's life ended quickly~ thank goodness. He was diagnosed with lung/bone cancer. Many of us feel we didn't get to say a proper goodbye. We are having a celebration of his life with family and a few friends. I wanted to put on a simple but memorable,heart touching though happy celebration. I have been working hard on my backyard, to have it ready and decorated. I miss him terribly, this ashes container helped me to feel better with this process. It is gorgeous!!! The color and the meaning are perfect. Celebrations of life are about closure, also to honor the deceased. Our group willl shed happy tears when they see this non-creepy/non-sad wood box! Superb!
