The guy giving the 1 star rating is not very bright, In fact, he is not even a doctor to begin with because a real doctor wouldn't make such statements for public view.If you want to keep from getting the common cold, take Vitamin A, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Selenium, Swanson NAC and Organic Coconut Oil supplements along with a trace mineral supplement such as Redmond Sea Salt or Seaweed based supplement such as this Seaweed Vegetable Complex. Once every third day, use peroxide and a Q-tip and clean your ear canal and ear drum.Most quacks think that you get the common cold and other viruses through your eyes, nose, and mouth, but it's your ears and it always been your ears. Haven't you ever noticed that every time you get a cold, you have an ear infection or throat infection with it? Why's that?As for this Seaweed Vegetable Complex, I purchased this because it has all 92 trace minerals in it and it is a lot cheaper and probably just as good as the over price Modifilan and U-Fn U-Fucoidan extract is.

Very good if you know it's purpose, your needs and understand the need for iodine for health
Works as expected as a much needed support for thyroid. Iodine which it supplies by the only source other than seafood, seaweed. Using iodized salt is not enough anymore.Anyone expecting to see a major change in themselves faster than a month may as well never use any supplements. The best supply just the small amounts an average diet in this country. If you eat ocean sourced seafood or seaweed several times a week you arent likely to be iodine deficient if not - Ask your doctor to test your levels. If you're tired, overweight and eat poorly or are one of those sorry people who don't eat any kind of fish you can probably take my word for it that one of these 3 or 4 days a week after 6 weeks will make a subtle difference in how you feel

These are great for diabetics did my research and it does help you feel better in my opinion after over 30 days taking it I do feel some what more energetic.
