Yeah!!! Totally worth the money. I got a 65cm but you can pump it to 55cm or 65cm; whatever you want. It was an exercise in itself to pump it up, but it didn't take too long. I did get it for a specific exercise after I injured my arm, but that's too complicated to go into here, but for now I'm just sitting on it and boinging up and down. It's so comfy to sit on and I feel so posturly just sitting on it. The grey matches my living room and it just looks like an interesting thing in the corner of the room when I'm not using it, kind of just blending in, so I don't have to deflate it and put it away. I also have used it as a leg rest; it elevates your legs a bit and I just roll it under my calves as I'm sitting on the sofa. The pimply bits are nice and smooth and kind of give a massage, just a little bit anyway. It has a tactile surface that stops it being slippy, but still feels nice to touch. It's a very relaxing feeling whatever you do with it. You could also use it as a chair at you desk if that's what you wanted, no problem; it's very stable to sit on if you just sit with your legs wide apart and put you calves and heel against it, it doesn't move. It's a very versatile thing, I'm glad I got it.

I bought the big one, and what do you know? It’s big. This is not a criticism, but just be sure you know what you’re getting into before buying. Very good accessories with it. Not disappointed, just slightly overawed.

Very glad we chose this one. Different material to the usual smooth ones, but actually prefer this. Better traction, and a nice softness and still as strong. Extra traction is perfect to use it as a chair.

A bit on a big size but great quality. Used it as pregnancy / birth ball. Will now use it as exercise ball.

Good quality gym ball. I bought the biggest size and we use it even to relax some times, when watching tv e.g. to relax back muscles.

The ball seemed good quality and thick rubber with raised dots on the bottom. Great for very tall person (6ft plus).
