I have always sworn by neoprene wraps and love that they now have combined a waist and thigh one. I use these with some warming cream and with the combination, I really do sweat. Thought this might be uncomfortable on my thighs but it's really not that bad. Waist is a bit tight but still fits, hoping I lose a lot more weight. There is a strap that connects the waist to the thighs but I love that it's fully adjustable and I'm able to put them on separately, rather than together. Plus it gives me the option of either wearing one or the other or both. While running or riding my bike, I'll leave them attached but when I'm doing squats and other workouts that I use my resistance bands, I'll detach them because the band goes around my thighs. Easy to wash and I just hang dry these. After 2 weeks, they still look and work great.

Order your true size because it fits perfectly. I could’ve sized down if I wanted that super sucked in feeling but L was perfect for me. I’m 189 if that helps anyone looking to order. It’s really comfortable and I wore it under my gym shorts. It didn’t move or ride down like some I’ve tried in the past. I wore it on my run and let me tell you, when I took this off, it was so much sweat.

This whole waist trimmer set up fits perfect. And it actually works... I actually ordered this one and another brand at the same time and I ended up returning the other one at keeping this one it fits better it's more sturdy and I'm actually already seen progress.

I love you I just wish I had purchased a medium if you’re serious about working out daily I would recommend to go one size smaller down to get a longer usage out of it. I purchase a large and now I need to purchase a medium

I absolutely love the product thickness is great, easy to put on and take off and clean. Does not move ,the stirrups on the side fit great and help it from moving. I love it and it's TRUE to sizes in inches. I hate having to get a large size and think that I had to buy so.ethi g that big but honestly it's TRUE to inches

I literally was on my way to the gym when I found out my waist trainer had arrived. It was very easy to put together and when I tell you, I sweated my behind off! Taking off the trainer upon completion of my workout, and watching the sweat just drip and roll off of my body is insanely satisfying! Very comfortable but high quality material that did not disappoint. No rolling, riding or slipping at all. Velcro did not come off once! This made me extra excited and motivated to stay consistent! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (Side note, I wore it on top of my clothes rather than on my skin, and still sweated tremendously)
