Already Broken
I actually bought several of these dehumidifiers for my restoration business and one is already broken! Its very sad because they are expensive and not even 6 months later one already stopped working. I'm never ordering these again, I rather pay a few more hundred dollars for a better quality dehumidifier

Poor quality product with non-existent customer service.
The unit stopped working just over a year after purchase. I called the company, sent emails, have called over ten places to try to get it serviced… no luck. For the money and claims of being commercial grade this is a low quality product with non-existent customer service. Look for a different manufacturer.
