PRiMO Specialty Foods Preserves, Raspberry Habanero, 10 oz

After the first time we tried these preserves, we bought 2 jars just to make sure we always have some on hand. It's super great with soft cheeses, like Boursin. I hesitated to buy it at first, afraid the habanero might overpower the raspberry. It doesn't...not too hot...perfect.

I couldn't detect any heat and it's very, very sweet. Since it's advertised as a habenero jam, I felt as if I spent $12:00 for no reason. I gave it away.

This is more about amazon fresh. I was really looking forward to this service and on my second order all my jars arrived broken. I dipped my finger in to taste this product and it was amazing minus the shards of glass of course.

Absolutely loved these preserves! They were delicious with Brie, but could go with any cheese. We also tried them on a peanut butter sandwich. Delicious! I bought an extra jar to have on hand for a hostess gift.

Incredibly underwhelmed, especially for how much I paid, I was expectin it to be vey very sweet and very very hot! Really, it’s just very very sweet, with a bit of the habanero flavor. A little disappointed.

Oh, this is just way too good. The habanero adds a hint of zip; it's definitely not too much. In fact, it's perfect. But what makes this jam outstanding is the excellence of the raspberry preserves. This product isn't a gimmick. It's top-notch raspberry preserves with a bit of a trailing kick. Ordering more despite the price.

I was so hopeful. The raspberry taste is really fantastic. There is absolutely no habanero or any other chile taste whatsoever. For real. If I wasn't looking for the habanero I would have thought I was just eating some really fantastic raspberry preserves. Sorry, folks. Rating it 2 stars only because I liked the raspberry taste.

Wasn't very spicy. Lacked heat. Otherwise a decent raspberry preserves but I'm going to look for something with more of a kick to it. I guess my level of spice is higher than normal.
