TAJ Premium Indian Black Salt Powder, Kala Namak, (7-Ounce)

This is my favorite salt for adding an "eggy" taste to dishes. It is perfect for adding a salty egg flavor to vegan dishes like tofu scrambles, chickpea "tuno" salad and even homemade 1000 Island dressing. It's something we always have on hand in the kitchen. This is good quality and quantity, especially for the price.

I love this kala namak because it is a really fine powder. I use it for tofu scrambles and other vegan egg options. It adds that sulfury, salty flavor that chicken eggs have. A little goes a long way so this product should last you a very long time!

This is the magic ingredient for scrambled vegan eggs. We love it with scrambled tofu or scrambled chickpea flour - both “egg”-cellent high protein and delicious wholesome meals. This gives that sulfury eggy taste. It’s also great on air fried or sautéed tofu squares for a similar flavor. Highly recommend!

Well it does really smell like eggs. If you want something to have an egg flavor, this is the seasoning for you. Just don't use too much because it's also very salty.

Egg flavor is here! All the scrambled tofu recipes that you think 'yeah I'll just skip the black salt, it's the same.' It absolutely is not. Buy it!
