Does not concert aspect ratio
I bought this camera to use with web-based meeting platforms. However, this camera does not automatically change aspect ratio. You can only use this webcam with platforms (such as obs) that will allow you to set your own aspect ratio, otherwise you will appear warped to the viewers. As this has no driver, there is no solution.

microphone is not working properly
microphone is not good, frequently people complain of they are not able to hearPicture quality is OKany chance for replacement or how to improve quality of microphone? any help appreciated other wise easy to setup

High pixels
This Webcam has much higher pixels than the build-in camera of my MacBook. It beautifies my face. It is very easy to use as well, only need to connect to the USB connection port. I love it.

Great price for an HD webcam.
I bought this so that the angle would be better on my zoom calls (social distancing, am I right?), and it didnt disappoint. The price tag was good. THe only thing is unless you change the setting to HD for zoom, it makes you look super skinny. So, that might be a good thing depending on what you want your outcome to be.Color was slightly different than using the built in cam on the macbook pro, so I recommend a ring light or similar. But other than that, its a solid product for the price.
