Wonderful present.
My son absolutely loved this as a Christmas present. It has a lot of sound effect options. You can plug your cell or an mp3 player and be commentator for a game or do a little karaoke. Although released in 2006. . . There are only 2 sound cards available. This unit comes with only one.

My 7 yr old absolutely loves this! It has so many chants and that card they give you plays more! I wish they sold more of those cards for more chants. The echo effect is neat also. Awesome product at an awesome price. Very easy to use for a younger child also

The item itself is pretty cool but the description says it includes the headset and it does not, unfortunately. It only includes the microphone. Amazon - please change the description to state that since it is misleading.

Fun for future sports announcers
My grandson has had so much fun with this. He turns down the sound on the TV and gives the play by plays on football and baseball. His sister uses it to play American Idol on occasion, something he does not appreciate!
