Reliable and priced right for small and mid-sized applications.
We plan to use this product to track customer parts through several painting production lines. The units will be reading QR codes to engage with a custom computer management system providing control for the operations. Our evaluations show that configuration and use is simple and reliable with multiple controls even including screen color and lighting level. The case is balanced and durable in the manufacturing environment.We will be buying additional units as the system changes roll out.Very impressive engineering and construction and attractively priced.

Performs as advertised
Received the product as scheduled and was exactly as advertised. Had a question on the use and the tech support responded quickly and resolved the issue.Highly recommend this company and product.

Waste of time/money
The media could not be loaded. Arrived earlier today was setting it up checked for updates, unit froze and its been stuck on this screen no buttons work and unit has been like this for last 3+ hours. Terrible dont waste your time and money.Returning it.
