took a chance and so far its been good, we had it for about 3 months and still solid.instructions and assembling DO require a bit of common sense but all the parts are there and met my expectations.delivery was quick.my son loves it and now his cousin can stay over and don't have to sleep on sleeping bag!

Overall I like my beds. I bought them for grandchildren visits. It serves this purpose well. I wanted storage for bedding and to be able to put a bed completely away when they are not here.As everyone else creating reviews, the assembly was tedious and confusing. I communicated via the number listed in the instructions. First for the updated assembly instructions, which they emailed right away. Then with their carpenter who assembles the prototypes. He was very helpful. He explained that although he could not make any changes to the diagrams, that they have told the manufacturer that they receive a great deal of dissatisfaction from the consumer about the schematics being vague.I am 60 yo female with no exceptional skills with tools. I assembled the beds without help in approximately 8 hours, including several, 'dangit' breaks.I don't like the wheels, they do not swivel so turning the lower bed is difficult. The wood is a medium to soft grade, I have several splits that I reinforced with Gorilla glue. I will choose hard wood in the future, not hardwood finish. Real hard wood. Hope this review is helpful.

This trundle bed is awesome! We love the finish, it matches our room perfectly. It is easy to pull out the other bed from underneath. It rolls easy. I also like how the trundle is up off the ground. The drawers underneath are a huge plus too! I like the high sides that make it feel like a day bed when made up. This is going to be my new favorite spot to sit and read or relax.It does take a long time to put together. My husband didn’t mind it and the directions were not complicated but it was time consuming.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.I ordered 2 beds for our boys ages 13 and 8. One bed came with serious cracks that my husband had to add a support bracket,due to the placement it would have affected the structure of the bed (see photo). I must add, this bed is HEAVY when it’s delivered, you’ll need 2 ppl to move the box to where you plan to assemble it.Pros:1.nice color, the black stone wash goes with just about anything.2.Great storage, the drawers are a nice size for clothes, toys, games, pillows, blankets, just about anything.3. Trundle is a great addition for sleepoversCons:1. Poor wood quality, some of the wood even split while putting the prices together.2. Wood planks are to short. The bed supports holding the mattress aren’t long enough so more than half of them split during assembly because the screws are to close to the edge of the bed frame3. Beds arrived 1 week late ! Nothing was compensated.4. Bed arrived damaged, pieces were split and required repair.5. Returns are unrealistic. When u open the box there is really no way to repackage this item for returning, it’s very heavy and has SO many pieces that it’s really unrealistic to try and send back.6. Took 5 hours to put the first bed together due to all the NON predrilled holes ! There are so many screws you’ll need to place where the instructions tell you to, but NO predrilled holes !7. Standard mattress DID NOT FIT trundle ! We purchased a standard nothing pillow-top nothing fancy or to thick for the trundle bed, and it still didn’t fit! We have to push down to squeeze the mattress under the bed to be able to shut the trundle8. The second bed also had wood cracks but nothing to bad so we didn’t not need to make any repairs

This bed is a wonderful bed! I love how it turned out, it is very sturdy and comfortable. The only issue is that none of the parts are labeled you literally have to play Tetris with common sense to figure out how to put it together. Overall great product, terrible packaging! Need to label the parts please!

Needed a new bed and did my research and bought this one. It cane early and all the pieces were packaged well. It took a long time to set up but was easy enough. It is sturdy and well made. It looks very good as well. Draws are large and lower bed moves easily. Good support for me and i have back and neck issues. Very high so if buying for children they might need a step. Foot and head boards are high enough to keep pillows on bed and no room for them to fall behind which was a real problem with my other beds. Overall very happy with bed.

We bought one of these beds in May for my daughters room in the Rustic Honey color and it has worked out so well! The color is so pretty! So, we bought 2 more for our upstairs loft room in Weathered Black for my son and my 3 step sons (ages 11, 10, 10, 9) and they are amazing! The color is awesome too! The 3 drawers at the bottom have lots of space too. I highly recommend these trundles. We bought the Olee Sleep 6 inch ventilated milti layered memory foam mattresses for my daughter room in May and the Zinus 6 inch green tea memory foam mattresses for the boys beds. All the kids say they are very comfortable!
