Bought this because I have a Berkey Light water filter that I LOVE except that I'm not crazy about our water sitting in a plastic container at length. (And no I don't want water in a stainless steel Berkey either.)Luckily the top of the Berkey fits nicely on top of this jar if I make sure to angle the wingnuts the right way! Very happy except that the spout on this jar is a good two inches above the bottom, leaving quite a bit of water inaccessible. Otherwise it is just what I wanted.

1st one came broken, contacted and another was shipped immediately. Love the capacity and easy to use. Easy to clean. Great for parties or just yourself.

It's really not bad, but just realize that you should include a spout with your order. It leaked after a short time from the seam around the outside of the stem, not from the spigot itself. It's definitely a bad design. Also, the spigot is plastic but coated in something metal. I bought this to use as a continuous brew system for my kombucha and whatever the coating is will react with the scoby.

It is nice looking beverage drink dispenser and I put it on my kitchen counter. This is important to me as my house is new and I am particular about what I out out in plain view. The glass is good quality and I like that you can see the fruit inside to add color. The spout is metal and good quality.The dispenser arrived in good shape and packaged well. It arrived in a timely manner.I wish the part of the container the ice is placed was bigger. The water does not stay cold for long.

It took three of us about an hour to figure out how to get the internal pieces separated the initial time. Since then we have used it several times and gotten so many compliments for water. People are trying to get away from bottled water and they like the subtle fruit flavor. Getting it apart and back together after the initial struggle is easy and it cleans up easily.

I love the dispenser, however the ring around the top that holds the lid on and makes it tight fitting came broken. There is no link to find out how to request a replacement, so I may end up having to return it. Overall this is a great dispenser! I changed out the spigot with a stainless steel one for more security and it works great!

The glass seems very thick and sturdy, the lid fits tight but is easily removed, and the spigot has a good flow. Only con is that when full it's rather heavy and you have to be careful lifting it since the sides are so smooth, but being solid glass and at 3 gallons, I would be shocked if it wasn't heavy! I haven't used the infuser, so I can't comment on that. Overall, I'm very happy with the size and quality for the cost. Oh and there is a single thin seam in the glass on the back, but it's not a horrible one and honestly I never even see it unless I'm refilling it since the back is facing a wall in my kitchen.Also, be aware that you will need to hang the spigot over the edge of your table/counter or place the dispenser on top of something to elevate the spigot. But this is pretty obvious.

The inside piece arrive broken. They could have packed it better. Or labeled it fragile. I wanted to add fresh lemons without clogging the spout but the piece was broken and the box was crushed. I loved the look and the spout did not leak.

Not as usable as I thought. When the jar is half empty the ice column in not in fluid and so does not add any cooling. Other that that, a very good product.

Purchased 3 of these items and one arrived broken so I sent it back. Got a replacement which also arrived broken!! So frustrating.

This is lovely tap works great perfect size and really like the insert, very good quality just like canning jars for glass comparison, very happy customer Thank you💞
