Bikini Tea makes me feel like I've just eaten a horse. Its amazing how that works. It makes you eat less and 3,500 calories not eaten becomes 1 pound of weight lost. If I have the urge to eat an ice cream cone or something fattening, I say to myself "Drink this tea first. If you still want a cone after you can have it!" Superb diet tea
This tea is the next generation of teas- it’s so easy to make and is great for camping or travelling since all you need to do is add hot or cold water.I think it shrinks your stomach by making you eat less even after you stop drinking it, too. Usually I could easily eat 2 slices of pizza. Now, I cannot even eat 1 whole slice and I now have togive a 1/3 of it to my friend. So I went from 2 slices, to 1 slice, to barely 2/3rd's of one slice and no crust. I know it’s not a brilliant deduction but it's this way now with everything I eat. I have struggled and tried so may teas but thisis by far the best- with the added bonus of ease and mobility. It also reduces bloating with is a blessing! The tea tastes absolutely wonderful and it’s probably the best thing I give to my body every day. It works wonders- and if it doesn't for you. Bells should go off when you see this- its such brilliant tea. Being English we love our teas, but we are more into black teas- so we tend to think everything else is a compromise. I tried this tea because I was so impressed with the other two teas (Mermaid Mist Green Jasmine and Beach Bunny Slim), not thinking this could also be good- but Bikini Tea hit the trifecta. I love how the tea tastes, the convenience is superb, but the fact it suppresses my appetite as opposed to being a diuretic or ramping up my metabolism to make me think I lost weight is what makes me love this tea. Pretty soon you lose all desire to eat and it stays that way even after your done drinking the tea. Bikini Tea gets 5 stars on my star chart because it really does the job. It suppresses your appetite making you not want to eat at all, really smashing tea.

It makes you forget to eat!
No matter how hungry- when I drink Bikini Tea- I literally forget to eat. It has shrunk my stomach and the less I eat, the less I want to eat. I only drink half a cup in the morning, and the rest of it I have room temp at night. Regular diet teas are dangerous because they make you lose weight fast because they have Sibutramine (see Wiki) sprayed on them that evades detection (this illegal chemical causes heart attacks, strokes and when stopped drinking increases the appetite). I Love how this tea tastes and works-I like how it makes me have absolutely no appetite.I work in a place where people r always bringing fattening snacks,but now I don't even touch them, it's truly miraculous. Cravings are gone, so you lose weight because you don't eat as much.I have tried all the other rollercoaster teas all my life-but when you stop drinking them you gain back all the lost weight plus 15-20 extra pounds. Bikini Tea pays for itself many times over.
I have literally stopped eating so much food, that the money saved from grocery shopping more than pays for the tea. Its so convenient to not eat as much,with the added bonus of not needing as much. I get more satisfaction by skipping eating junk food, then by wanting to eat it. Over time you don't even havecravings and if I start to eat something bad I only want a tiny bit. I have literally had one cupcake in the freezer for over 3 weeks because I just eat a sliver when Icrave something sweet. The less you eat the less you want.
