Worth every penny, I had it delivered in less than a week, even earlier than told. The picture is perfect day and night, the intercom is crystal clear and most of all, I managed to set it up, me,, I'm useless at stuff like this but it's so easy to install, I cannot praise it enough, definitely worth every penny. I had ordered a different one but after waiting 6 weeks, it was sent back to the seller with no explanation so I ordered this one, I'm so happy my 1st was cancelled, this one is fantastic and looks really posh too, like I'd paid a few hundred for it, absolutely spot on. I'm a prisoner in my own home, I never leave the house so this is definitely making me feel safer in my home, I have a major phobia of answering my door, so now if I don't know them I don't need to panic, I can see them now before they even knock. Thank you

Absolutely disgraceful product. It takes ages to load to view who is at my door, and the mojority of the time it goes onto someone else's camera. The things i have witnessed on this camera are shocking.

Great looking contemporary door bell that fitted in well with our grey front door. It’s quite large and more like one of those flat/gate entry cameras in appearance, than all the others, but I quite like that. Excellent SD/HD camera and night vision and records to micro SD card (not supplied) so no cloud charges. The bad things for me are short battery life between charges approx 10 days. To charge you need to remove it from the holder mounted to the wall and use the supplied USB cable. The screw holding it in place is minute, so easily dropped and lost if not careful. The chime also rings outside very loudly three times when pressed which is not only annoying and a bit of a shock, but cannot be switched off or volume adjusted in the App. The App (OneCam) is ok, but lacks refinement, peppered with grammatical errors on the notifications and a bit of a time lag to show the camera view when logging in, which can mean people are getting ready to walk away if your not quick. It also overly sensitive for me and even on low sensitivity will detect cars on the road approx 8 meters away, so rather than have notifications all the time I’ve had to turn that alert off. There’s obviously much better smart door bells out there, that work with Main stream apps, and behave better, but at this price it’s a good entry level one to see how useful this kind of bell is. I only wanted to use the video function and record activity, so it’s ok so far for me. If you want a better quality unit and a mainstream app, then this is probably not for you, but you will need to obviously pay over three times the price of this one and be tied into monthly cloud storage costs.

I'm giving this product 3 star due to the imagery being clear and sharp apart from that, I'd have provided lower star. Product is good when working, since purchasing it less than 6 weeks ago, I have had to unscrew from the wall and reset 3 times due to pairing with app on my phone dropping out. This is not an issue with wifi as the app is the only one affected in the house.

I was looking for a new video doorbell to replace my old one especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. After doing some research, I found this Orinin Smart WIFI Video Doorbell is what I need. It's weatherproof for home security, with motion detection, wall mound, HD Video features. It allows me to see when someone is at my door and talk to my visitors clearly. It really helps and plays a unique role in social distancing. And the design is very impressive. I bought it a few days ago and till now, all functions worked well. I am very pleased with this purchase.

We bought this door bell and it got delivered today we have set it up and we both have the apps etc installed on our phones we can hear the person talk on the outside but when outside you cant hear the person talk from inside could someone give us an idea how to sort it out. Thank you

Pretty good model for the price. Only downside is the time lag but that is due to poor wifi I suspect

Great Doorbell, sleek looking. App a little basic but it does the job. Tricky to set up as it works with 2.4 WiFi band so if you’re router is dual band, you have to go into the router settings and split the bands so it can connect to it. All in all, happy with it.
