The Wedding Album for String Quartet

These arrangement are tolerable. I've never been overly pleased with Latham, but I always know what to expect when I order them which is helpful. Nothing spectacular here, but if its the rep you need then go for it. Boring cello parts, and generally easy in all parts except for Queen of Sheba which is kinda challenging if you're not professionals. Makes great rep for high school gigging quartet.

Yeah, music to add to my collection after so many years. And not with my other music collections closed in a box...

I absolutely vote FOR these arrangements. They are reliablely playable/ sight-readable, with good layout for do-able page turns - or lack of page turns :). The cello part for Schubert Ave Maria in Vol 1 is some( mostly?) cello melody and does use tenor clef . Key signatures DMaj,GMaj, Cmaj, Bb,Ab.. Excellent choice of repertoire that has remained popular for weddings and very handy to have these selections in the same book. Score is also available - which is not the case for some alternative publications. Have used them successfully for many years.
