Got my cub back to running

The cap, robot and condenser did not fit. The oarts might have fit the battery-distributor type ignition system on that type of tractor, but did not fit the H-4 magneto type ignition thè tractor actually had. That type of tractor could have had either ignition system. The description should have specified which type of ignition the parts fit. I inadvertently threw out the packaging and used the wires from the kit, thus could not return it. The quality might have been good but that didn't matter since the parts didn't fit

We received everything EXCEPT THE DISTRIBUTOR CAP! Anyone else ordering this needs to be sure they are getting ALL of the parts shown!!!!

I had to file the point and re use my old one because the new one will not work on a 504. The rest of the parts were good. Would be nice to have new gaskets come with this kit.

Pretty generic to say the lest. No marking on the cap for number one terminal, no new screws included. After install had no spark, after some trouble shooting ran some light sand paper between points and a white residue came off that was preventing contact. I would not order again.

Parts appear to be Ok, but the rotor does not fit the J4 magneto in the early Farmall cubs. The rotor on the J4 has a gear on its underside, this replacement does not. Cannot be made to work.

The slot for the distributor housing screw which not only retains the points but also conducts voltage and current to pass broke off during installation. This was unknown to me when I installed it but it prevented my motor from starting. I had to do some trouble shooting and back tracking to find this issue. These points are junk, never in my entire life have I seen this happen to spring steel, it should have never broke.
