Grecian Formula Gradual Hair Color Foam, 3 pk

This foam is much better than the liquid bottle I had been using for years. I finally just decided to shave my scalp to get rid of the gray. Two months ago I let my hair grow back and it was snow white. I ordered this three foam bottle set. It arrived on 13 September this year. I started it immediately and followed directions but put a little extra on my hair. I could not believe how fast it worked. A subtle change but noticeable after five days. I am still on the first bottle and it feels heavy enough that I think I have at least two more weeks left.Update on Oct 27, 2016. Still on first bottle with daily use. My hair is much darker. Yes, still gray but a darker gray. Will cut down my use of it now. Bottle still has enough for maybe another week or so.Update on April 24. 2017. I have just finished my 2nd of the three cans yesterday! But this is because I limited my use to about twice a week. For me, that is enough since I only wanted to maintain the darkness I have, which is not much but better than snow white. I do have one criticism, but not enough to lower my 5 star rating. It does make the hair feel dried out and itchy. This may be because I have to limit my shampoos by half to keep the "tint" in. I believe hair conditioner will also lower the darkening? If this gets bad enough I just may decide that I am going too far with my vanity!

I have used this for 8 years. This is not a dye. If you get it on the sink or hands it doesn't color them. Not like Just For Men that turns ur hair black.This works on the molecules of your hair and slowly in about 3 days you will notice it changing to a shade darker. My hair is white. With this it is now a nice color of light dark not white. You can put it on 3 times a day until you get the color you desire. Don't worry your hair won't be black. Use the foam not the liquid that you see here.

Item arrived on time and was well packaged. It works as described before the first can was empty almost all the grey was gone in my case most of my hair was almost white today it's back to it natural color.

It takes longer to work but it's okey.

The 2 star rating is not because the product doesn't work. Unfortunately I'll never know because the smell is so overwhelming and unbearable (for me and others around me) I couldn't stick with it. Posters mentioned it smells for a few hours and then dissipates. Maybe they just got used to it. It stuck with me 24/7. My pillows stinks of it. The house stinks of it. Fresh, clean scent it says on the bottle. If they mean by that a strong, chemical odor, then yes. Really unfortunate as I was excited to give this a try instead of dying my hair every 4 weeks.

Works fine to bring back the color. You have to keep using it however. I used it everyday for a couple of weeks and I could see the color of gray leaving a little every day. You have to keep using it to sustain the natural color of your hair. If you forget for a couple of weeks, as the hair grows out, it is coming back gray. I use it every other day after I get to the color I want. It's not a dye. Still a good product.

I'm really going to miss this product. I have been using it for years but it seems it has lead in it and has been banned from some countries so it is disappearing from shelves'. Hope they figure out a way around this problem as I don't like the liquid near as much

Product received in good condition. The product is great although I only started with the one container. I expect one container to work for at least 7-8 weeks depending on usage if used 3-4 times a week.
