Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna :Abridged Edition Hardcover – January 1, 1958

I love this book! It’s one of my favorite books. I found it when I was 18 about 18 years ago. It’s an amazing spiritual book. It’s all conversations from the 1880’s recorded very accurately and later translated into English in the 1920’s or so. There are lots of parables in the book. It’s just a terrific book! I’d recommend it to anyone whose interested in spiritual life and who thinks to give it a shot. May my practice increase from the bs where it sometimes finds itself! This is the abridged version. The unabridged version is very good too. But this is all you need really. But both are good. This one is small so it’s easy to carry. Highly concentrated awesome book! Thanks! :)

This is a wonderful book. My favorite part was Ramakrishna's story.

It is delivered on time and in good condition. The content of the book is priceless though I received with so much excitement. Every seeker should read!

If I could only have one book to read for the rest of my life it would be this book. It gets me high.

This book and the Auto Biography of a Yogi written by Paramahansa Yogananda, and Testimony of Light are all excellent books.

When I first read this book, my mind kept saying "yes! yes, this is so true! That happened again and again. There are basic truths that are timeless in our lives.

Great gift

It's a difficult read. I am in a Vedanta study circle in which we study the text as a group. Reading it as an individual would be tough going.
