ARBARB725 Winch Strap (17600 Recovery Gear)

I give this product a 4 star, for quality. It would most likely be a higher rating but we never unpackaged it to test it's durability (abrasion resistance over a period of use). Product did not fit ours needs but we did not know this until looking at it. I give the seller a 1 star due to advertising this as a free return. Charging a consumer a re-stocking fee for a return is NOT FREE! BUT, it IS a hidden fee. We use Amazon due to it's large selection of products and we use prime "free returns" to avoid fees, in case of a return, due to a seller either not doing well at describing their product online or due to having to just touch/see the product to see if it will fit our needs. We've returned a lot of items lately but WCAPERFORMANCE was the only "prime free return" seller to charge a fee when we returned the product.My boyfriend was so mad about this that he deleted all of the rest of our ARB products from our cart this morning and states he will not do business again with WCAPerformance (who, BTW, has a 65% consumer rating) . We feel this "free-return" policy is being used unethically as a way to lure consumers into buying the product from that seller. We will not support unethical/misleading business practices. This is not the first seller we have added to our "list of sellers not to do business with". This list is shared among our 326 off road club members.
