Great supplement at a good price for people who need a high dose. The pills are large (bigger than fish pills), so if that's a problem you probably want to go with multiple smaller doses. But if you can swallow it, it's a good deal.

What can I say... I take CoQ10 600 mg each day because it's a powerful anti-oxidant. I also take 1000mg of Shilajit, another powerful anti-oxidant. Do they work? Well, I'm staying healthy. Is that a subjective thing? Probably, but it is what it is. I can't recommend YOU take them, as I'm not a physician, but I can only say they work for me... subjectively or not... they seem to work for me.

Ive tried multiple brands. This is the real stuff not like whatever they are saying is real in other brands.

It did make me comfy with my heat , in particular at mid night . When I feel my heart going uncomfortable I will immediately take one and go to sleep and hence feel ok .600mg is basic .Surprisingly , a little bit make my skin looks smoothly , aha .But the price is so high … sigh …

Puritan brand seems easier to be absorbed. It is a larger pill so it might be harder to swallow for some people but it seems to help my heart and energy.

Cheaper than any other brand. Most companies don't sell the 600mg which I need so thank you!!

i dont think I will order this from this supplier again. the orange oil is very unpleasant. I removed all the tablets and wiped them down but am not able to get the inside of the jar clean. its messy and not something i am willing to repeat.
