Gaosi Tools 10 Inch Heavy Duty Stainless Steel All Purpose Professional Kitchen Shears (BLACK)

I was not expecting much from these scissors but they are thick close to a 1/4 inch and easily spatcocked my turkey. Would highly recommend.

DOES WHAT IT MADE FOR

the stainless steel is yes good quality but you cannt cut paper with it. I tighted the adjustment wife will not use it. If they fix the construction, material its made from is great not good execution

These shears were actually purchased as a cheap backup. However, they were a big surprise, well built, heavy and not too sharp. However, a few pass with my stone and they became very sharp. I've purchased others that were more expensive that are now very similar in quality. Those 2~3 dollar versions I had are now history. Again, I do highly recommend these shears. But remember they do require a slight tuning up before use!!
