Great book about music and life

I like how Daniel Barenboin make reflections of how music relates to human activities and development in many ways you have never think of.It takes the musical experience to a intelectual level but with very easy to understand examples.

A must read book for any musician, educator, human being... Barenboim is completely committed to the reader the entire time, coaching and guiding in every page. Reading this book felt like a masterclass.

This is a fantastic book with lots of insights for music lovers! It is certainly very inspiring and I would recommend anyone to buy this and also to buy other of Daniel Barenboim's publications.

Difficult to follow where the author is going or perhaps I am too lazy?
