It works well
The Pros:This thing feels steady as a rock, as it should be to endure the force it can be used to exert and measure.Seems accurately constructed: on other torque wrenches of this variety, I've seen the screw handle that measure individual ft-lbs not line up with the marks on the side of the handle (for example, the handle should be at the '0' position when on the line that says '10' or '20', but instead the individual ft-lb marker will say '4' when aligned with '20' which is confusing, at least. This may not make sense if you don't know how this works.) But on this one, the marks line up perfectly, exemplifying competent craftsmanship. This wrench also has a huge range of torque that it can measure, so you can use it from everything to spark plugs to wheel lug nuts and even tightening crankshaft pulley bolts.Comes with its own hard plastic carrying case. The Con:Sometimes very difficult to adjust the screw handle that sets the torque that the wrench 'clicks' at. I will have to back off and re-screw it, sometimes it takes several attempts if I'm setting it to a higher torque rating (~80 lbs). That's it! Overall, I'm really happy I got this wrench. A torque wrench is really a must have for any home mechanic, and I definitely prefer this style to the kind that is non adjustable but shows you a reading on a torque-meter. These are much more accurate and you don't have to contort your body into a weird position to pull on the wrench and read the face of the torque-meter at the same time.

It made what could have been a painful job, rather easy!
This wrench is more than worth what I paid for it! At less than $26, this seems like a well built, solid piece of equipment. I can't verify the accuracy of the tool, but it felt like it was just about right when tightening down my axle nuts after replacing the front hubs on my GTP.I have never used this type of torque wrench before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was worried because I assumed "Click Stop" was more like the torque setting on a drill chuck, which slips past after torque is reached. At the high torque these wrenches see, I didn't like that idea. HOWEVER, much to my approval, when torque is reached with this wrench (and those like it I assume) there is a single internal click, followed by slight movement of the head, but then the bar feels solid again. I released and then reapplied equal pressure to be sure that was what was happening. The instructions do say not to use the wrench to remove nuts, but I used it to loosen the axle nuts anyways and had no problem. It'll probably take me some time to get really good use out of this wrench, but for now, it made what could have been a painful job, rather easy. Totally worth it!

Not exactly "pro" quality, but more than enough for amateur car enthusiasts.
I bought this wrench to change the wheels out on my car. I like working on my own car, but I am not a professional by any means. If you own a garage or are a mechanic for a living, you might want to pass on this as it is pretty much "harbor freight" quality. That being said, it's a good wrench. I don't know if some people are deaf or what, but the click is actually quite loud. It's long and sturdy enough that torquing my wheels even down to 100 ft lbs is pretty easy, though most of my cars only call for at most 88 ft lbs. The numbers when you're adjusting it are a little tough to see, but you get used to it. I think the issue is more than they're just engraved into the metal with no color contrast, rather than the size of the numbers themselves. If you're older and need reading glasses, it may be annoying to have to pull them out every time you wanna use this, though. It seems pretty accurate too, to at least +/- 3 or 4 ft lbs in my usage of it.

Great torque wrench for the price
Great torque wrench for the price! You can barely get a decent ratchet for the price of this torque wrench. Works well and I compared different torque settings to a tool van model and it was right on! Good enough for me! I like the case it comes with and don't have any issues getting to 150lbs like some other people have. THe only thing that kind of bugged me was the fwd/rev lever is opposite from most ratchets like crftsman, gearwrench, and others where pointing left is tighten, and to the right is loosen, BUT, this is a torque wrench so it stays on tighten 99% of the time anyways. Overall i'm very pleased w/ it. I've done a few head gasket jobs and it has worked perfect every time!As with ANY spring loaded torque wrench, as soon as you're done re-zero it (or all the way past zero like i do) and it should last long while. Never store it with torque as the spring inside will lose tension over time. I wrote "RE-ZERO" in the case with a paint pen so i never forget.

Pittsburgh Pro 239 Professional Drive Click Stop Torque Wrench
I received the wrench and had to wait a week before using so I took the wrench out of the box,(fairly heavy form fit plastic) an took note the wrench was dry of lube. I figure it's problem during shipping, oil leaking out and causing trouble for the delivery person.I lubed the wrench with clean 5-30W motor oil 8-10 drops around the lock screw, (handle up) let it set for a min. then screw lbs handle back and forth a few times. The oiled the ratchet head 4-6 drops each side worked it in till everything moved smoothly! The wrench is accurate did comparison with three different wrenches too! I have too say I'm very pleased for fairly inexpensive tool. THANK YOU GUNNY!! :-)

Cheap but it works.
Quality is par to subpar but for the price, what can you expect. It works but you need to be careful to notice the clicks. It's not like a name brand wrench that provides a clear distinct pop when you've met your torque spec. Make sure you lube it up well before you use it too it comes pretty dry.I'd be curious to check its specs and see if it's really within 4%. I doubt it. So if you're doing something really sensitive, I'd opt for a higher quality wrench.
