Chasing Harvest Hardcover – February 16, 2021

This is a cookbook, of sorts, with more storytelling and non-food photos than you might expect. I really liked learning about Kevin's story. I was hoping to get some open-fire cooking recipes to try out, but it appears that they have mostly been adapted for indoor cooking. However, the recipes are really new and exciting - like using acorn flour, and making buttercream frosting with olive oil. Perfect for daydreaming about permaculture/foraging/esoteric sh*t.
