I’ve just recently started taking this again, I’m taking liposomal B vitamin complex, along with sublingual B12 as well. I have a folate deficiency and low B12, so I’m hoping taking these all together helps increase my levels. I’ve been able to stop lansoprazole since taking 2 trimethylglycine capsules a day. Will increase TMG capsules once I start taking NMN again as this reduces the levels of TMG, but works well together. TMG definitely seems to be helping with my stomach issues.

I've got this on an Amazon subscription and have just received my fourth bottle. I take one per day (to offset niacin methyl scavenging, but also potentially reduce metabolic stress during my load weeks), so have been using this for almost a year. I like the fact it's third party tested , batch numbered and produced under GMP (which is pretty standard, but better than nothing). I have not noticed any benefits yet..that doesn't mean they won't arrive so i cannot pass a judgement yet

I like that these are 3rd party tested, made in the uk and gmp certified. They also don't contain any nasty ingredients. I had no problem with the quality of the container or seal as described in another review.

This brand works very well however you need to know that tmg adds water retention like creatine does however i take it for the homocysteine effects and it works really good

I bought this but was a bit skeptical initially even though I had started using it. It’s a week now and I feel I made the right choice. TMG helps with methylation, lowers homocysteine , supports the liver and lungs.( do your research on this good stuff) I can feel some difference already, will definitely buy again..

The majority of the capsules are full but many have barely any inside which makes me wonder about the quality if the amount inside isn’t what it says. Expensive for TMG especially if many are faulty measurements
