Good for Sandwich boards!
I did not buy these for the intended purpose as sawhorses, but I used them to create sandwich boards and they are fantastic for that purpose! (Use acrylic sheets and screw them on)They are very cheaply made, but light. I received them with one side shattered, but it was still usable and the price is so cheap you can't go wrong.

Shipment
This product was shipped in a timely manner. Very happy with the product but unhappy with the way it was packaged for shipment. This package arrived with only a plastic bag wrapped around it. This was a Christmas present and was left on the porch where it was seen by the receiver of the gift before Christmas :(

Don't leave these outside.
My husband bought these sawhorses at a local store last year. They worked fine for the few projects he had. This year, he used them once and left them out in the backyard overnight. The wind came up during the night and broke the yellow top off one of them, busting the black plastic tabs that hold the yellow top on place. One end of the yellow top broke off as well. Super glue didn't help.

Yeah, they're cheap and they're plastic, but they work
For the price, they're a pretty good deal. I found them to be a little low (32" tall) and a little too narrow (22"). The narrow part was fixed easily enough. I grabbed a scrap 2x4 and screwed it right into the plastic top of the sawhorse. That worked pretty well and also gave me another 1.5" of height.I purchased mine so that I could stain/seal a heavy wooden door and as long as the work was atop solid ground, the two sawhorses were impressively stable and secure. They're also wonderfully light and easy to grab and move, wherever, whenever. That's a big plus for me. There's a flimsy little plastic tab that folds up out of the yellow part (on top) that can (ostensibly) be used as a guide. That yellow tab looks pretty chincey to me, though.Last but not least, they fold down to almost nothing for easy and compact storage and a couple nails driven into the basement rafters will provide good out-of-the way storage.I've used old-fashioned wooden sawhorses with the metal caps/brackets and I didn't like them as much as I like these cheap plastic ones. The only reason for the four stars is the height. They should be another 6" tall. I guess in China where These Sawhorses are made, folks are a little shorter.

you get what you pay for.... cheap plastic!
We bought these from our local hardware store - a big chain with an orange and white sign (hmmmm???)They are made of plastic - cheap plastic. They worked okay for minimal jobs for the couple months - but they are not balanced evenly and they wobble really bad. The yellow tops cracked and broke off within about 6 months of purchase. They are weak and can't hold a lot of weight - since they are so light, they tip over very easy.I do still use them for very light-weight jobs, like sanding 2X4's - but any routing, cutting - stuff like that... no way! Too frustrating! Buy some good saw horses for that stuff! So i guess it depends on what they are going to use them for and if you need good stability. I consider them cheap pieces of crap!
