Biochemistry: The molecules of life (Oxford Biology Primers)

I bought this book for my daughter and she loves it. She said that it's easy to understand and interesting.

It really only touches the surface when it comes to biochemistry. If you're new to biochem then I understand but for the price it's simply not worth it.

Not as lucid as it might be.Found the green remarks rather twee.
