I bought this keyboard Feb 26th 2016. Now March 16 2018 and the windows key has stopped working completely. It didn't intermittently work and not work...it just stopped. Very disappointed.

I just got this keyboard today and it worked right out of the box. it's very clicky and feels very sturdy. the blue led looks really great and it has 6 different light settings that are really cool. a great keyboard overall for the cheaper price!

The media could not be loaded.  WOW!!!! This is seriously an epic looking keyboard. The word "epic" is literally the one my teen used when I showed this to him. This was originally supposed to go into the family room for everyone. I don't know how it happened but that soon begged, pleaded and did chores so I'd agree to let him have this. He said this is how "epic" the keyboard is.. He ended up receiving this and did a happy hand for it. Now every time a guest comes over he ushers then to his room to show it off.The absolute coolest feature of this keyboard is the backlights. It has a gentle glowing blue light that comes from some place behind the keys. Maybe up inside them? I'm not certain about that. The lights dance and flow as you press them. You don't need to do anything special to make the lights move around. You just type like you normally would. The keyboard does the rest.The golden colored metallic base extends out towards you beyond the area a standard keyboard stops. This helps to support your wrists and base of your palm. It helps to stabilize the keyboard and keep your hands comfortable for long hours of online gameplay. I'm too old for it, I know, but I happily play World of Warcraft. This keyboard is set up to maximise your comfort level while enjoying hours of gameplay. The extended base keeps the keyboard from rocking or shifting if you start to aggressively stress the keys, like perhaps if you were in a battle, a mission or something. A keyboard shifting in a situation like that could greatly harm your gameplay. This one won't be a problem.The sounds it makes are a little different than normal standard keyboard. They normally make a banging or clunking noise. This one, because of the metal keys and metal base, makes an attractive, gentle tinkling sound. It's actually a nice pleasant sound. If someone were in the room typing and you were doing something else, this gentle sound likely wouldn't bother you at all. That's how gentle it is. (I uploaded a video with this review. You can hear it when I was typing)You don't need to be a rocket scientist to get this installed. Seriously, even my computer-challenged grandma could set this up. You literally just plug it in. That's all. The keyboard knows what to do. It will make a quiet beep as it powers up. Then the lights will immediately come on and you're good to go. You can start typing on it right away. This thing is fun to play with. I found myself typing nothing at all. Just random stuff so I could watch the lights dance.The keyboard includes a small instruction booklet. Don't throw that away without looking at it. It has a listing of the different options and settings you can select so this keyboard gets customized for just you. For instance, perhaps you just don't want the lights on right then. You click 2 buttons and they turn off. Another 2 turns them back on. Different key codes can increase or decrease the brightness, make the light flow faster or slower, or change the patterns of color waves. Try it out. You just pull out that handy booklet and it shows every code you'd need. I saved my booklet by storing is discreetly under the keyboard.I was fortunate enough to receive this item for free exchange for my honest, unbiased review of the product. I am free to post negative reviews if the product deserves it. As you can see from my other reviews, I do so all the time. This keyboard really is an epic computer component and I stand by every word of this.

I've been using this keyboard for over a year and I'm on my PC 10hrs+ everyday. The feel of the keyboard is fantastic but I've noticed some problems that I assumed were with windows drivers that were resolved by switching back to my old keyboard.1) Keys would appear to get "stuck" down and repeat themselves while I'm typing.2) The Windows key stopped working. This is a known issue with Windows but in this case was fixed by swapping keyboards.Windows for whatever reason installs 4 separate entries in device manager for this keyboard and only one for other keyboards. I assume it's all windows drivers related but OUSAID doesn't appear to be an actual company and only exists on Amazon. I assume these keyboards are re-branded and might work if I knew the manufacturer and could get working drivers. Even though you really shouldn't need 3rd party drivers for standard keyboard. :(

The media could not be loaded.  The packaging that the keyboard arrived in was well thought out to keep any damage from taking place on the trip. Once opened, the keyboard is plug and play. Disconnecting the old keyboard and plugging this one in before starting the computer up again makes the process seamless. The base is very well built and has great weight to it. This keyboard doesn't act like others that I've seen in the past where you touch it and it slides across the desk. The gap in between your wrists and keyboard is comfortable. It doesn't leave your wrist cramping after hours of game play. Now, the reason most of us want to buy this keyboard is because of the lighting effect it generates. This reminds me of a classic movie because of the sounds and noises it makes. The colorful blue lights will go back and forth as you type and become aggressive as you play video games.
