Envy Wigs : Tiffany (Average, Toasted Sesame)

I received my wig from Max Wigs on July 25th and it was returned on July 27th. The wig was defective with a large piece of the wig's lining hanging out of the wig. Max wigs said the wig showed heavy wear and all the tags had been removed. I tried this wig on once and it was returned exactly the way it was received. Not sure how they decided it showed heavy wear...sounds like a rip off to me. Will never do business with this company again. They charged a restocking fee $72.50 for a defective wig. Does that mean they intend to resell this? I had to give his item one star because there is nothing lower. Jean Butler
