A very good oil and a good value. Most oils will be the same price as this but for only 1oz. I find the scent is nice and fades after time as expected. My beard is much softer as I use this as my primary conditioner with a small amount of beard balm. As others have said it's best to apply after you have toweled off your bead from a hot shower as this will help hold in the moisture and your pores are open.

When I first read about this product, I was questioning it big time. Now that my husband has been using this, I am sold! His beard can touch my face, and I don't feel like I am being stabbed by a whole bunch of little needles. I loved that it's usda, as I know that it's real organic. Never buy anything that says natural, if something is organic, it has to be usda certified, and that means it's the real deal. The smell of this, isn't my absolute favorite, but again with it all be organic, your not going to get a smell like cologne. The other thing that I loved about this, it's made in the US!! I love supporting businesses here in the us. The other couple of things that I love about this product and company, it's cruelty free (no animals were tested on) and it can help with nothing being able to grow in the beard. I can't say that I can tell this is true, I mean how can you. But my husband does get a lot of food and drink in his beard. So if this helps out in just the least bit from him having a science project going on in his beard, it's a plus for me. As far as the itching, I have begged for my husband to grow out a beard for years. He used to only allow it to grow for a couple of weeks because the itching would drive him crazy! He has now had his beard for 2 months!!!! I am so excited!

I have a cyst on my cheek and when I get an ingrown hair it becomes infected and swells. Since I started using this on it 6 weeks ago, it has kept it under control. Now the smell is a bit anti-sceptic but it's not a deal breaker because it does its job.

I've only used it about 1 and 1/2 week so far. I need to use it more. The proof is in whether the beard makes me itchy, whether I can tell if the product keeps my beard and face clean and free of germs on the whole and if the bears is soft and neat looking. Please give me more time to evaluate it. Thanks!

I had my doubts about beard oil, but I thought I would give it a try. Product was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The scent is nice but unobtrusive and fades in time. The beard oil is amazing and I was totally impressed, allaying my initial doubts. Without the oil a comb or brush would get snagged or pull whiskers. The beard oil had my comb gliding through my beard like silk. It also made my beard look well behaved and dapper. I am fully sold on US Organic Beard Oil.

Beard oil has two main purposes, in my view. First, it should keep your beard healthy and moisturized. Second, it should also have a smell that is attractive.This beard oil is decent at the first job of moisturizing your beard, but there are some better brands. As far as the second purpose, this beard oil is awful. Do you want to smell like a candy cane? Then buy this, but if you want to smell good and attractive to your wife, girlfriend, etc., then do not buy this.My wife hates me smelling like peppermint, as it is not manly, romantic, or natural. She prefers I use a beard oil with a more neutral scent or one that smells manly - not like candy or mint. Look at the ingredients before you buy men and women, and consider avoiding certain oils.

I bought this for my husband that has used other beard oils in the past. He loves this one, I like it because it is all organic. It smells good and it not over powering like some of the other beard oils and it def makes his beard soft to the touch. I would recommend this beard oil, especially for the price as it gives you a decent size bottle.

First off disregard all the previous reviews because they're all paid for. Second there is no pleasant peppermint smell, this stuff smells like pinesol and tea tree oil. Now I'm a 47 year old male with a goatee.I thought I'd use this to soften the hair and smell fresh.after using it for one week it's caused a rash and acne. I haven't had acne in years! Stay away from this garbage
