The description clearly says 15cm so not sure what I expected but it is like a large plush keyring.

Not a real alpaca.....
So, it's a tiny fluffy alpaca. It's cute, stands up on it's own, does not require feeding and produces no manure. Perfect.However the daughter was somewhat disgusted that it's not actually a real alpaca. Bummer.
