NUXE Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Petals for Sensitive Skin, 6.7 Fl Oz

This is the first review I have ever written, although I always find them helpful and do read them for everything I purchase on Amazon. Many times, actual customers opinions and experiences have been the deciding factor in actually making a purchase. Honest opinions of other people like me, who have actually purchased whatever it is I'm considering buying are always very much appreciated and really do help me decide when I went on the fence about a product for sure!! I've been using Amazon for years yet this is the first product line I feel strongly enough about that I will write a review and perhaps it will help you decide to try Nuxe for yourself, trust me you will not be disappointed. In fact, you may love it so much, like me, you will purge your home of all other products and throw them in the trash, yes, it may hurt a bit thinking of all the money you wasted on them but these products are so affordable you will be delighted and save money in the long run. They are by far as good if not exceeding those overpriced "luxury" department store brands (....never again lured to the mall, seduced by unethical sales methods and false promises of the global beauty industry giants....male dominated executives and their universally unethical and untruthful corporate bombardment and brainwashing of women around the world, through consistent and carefully crafted, slick and sexy seduction, truth be told, the out right global brainwashing of women via endless bombardment of beauty product endorsement via tv/ magazine, etc. advertisements, full of lies and downright outrageous false promises of magical transformation of skin(.... and lives!!), youth restored and beauty created if you just buy their "snake oil" creams and bottled beauty potions and lotions. Women are victimized by a world of slick, sexy tv/magazine campaigns design by advertising agencies hired by some money hungry (.... probably male to boot!!) executive of those expensive "luxury brands" always promoting products after products after new products with false promises of yet another wonder of science skin care miracle product. Sorry to go on like that but it's how I feel and with these products I feel actually emancipated!! I really do see wonderful results and I cannot believe how well they perform!! Alll while making no promises or even advertising in the US....my skin is transformed!! I suggest you try them all, if you feel as I do after, please leave a comment yourself and maybe let me what you thought of the product and also, I'd love just to know my review helped and that I reach someone, and, like me spared another innocent, totally hapless and hopelessly doomed luxury brand department store shopper the stress and expense of the "beauty counter encounter" and finding themselves that much poorer after falling prey to a beauty counter shark wearing lipstick and a lab coat!! Spare yourself the expense and worse....the inevitable, uncomfortable, exhausting and self defeating encounter with all those trolling, commission-hungry-sales-obsessed-daily-quota-driven cosmetic sales people and treat yourself, treat your skin to this wonderful line of unbelievably affordable true luxury skincare line!! I've been using The micellar water, the honey face/body cleansing gel, the rosewater toner and of course their flagship product, Huile Prodigeuse ( on my face but also all over especially after a shower it's wonderful!! ) faithfully every day and my skin is noticeably improved, softer, smoother and with a natural radiance that has actually been commented on by several of my friends and family more than once and when I look in the mirror I truly feel more beautiful and youthful looking, I am completely sold on Nuxe skin care line and will continue to use it always!! I fully endorse the product, I love it even more as I add more and more of the product line(.... I add a new product as budget allows. :-) ) to my regimen. I have been using Nuxe products faithfully every day, with nothing but very happy results and noticeably improved skin, since I first started about six months ago. I absolutely love this! I have extremely sensitive skin, and could never really find a good product that both cleansed my skin and prevented dryness. The struggle with sensitive skin like mine is that without a proper cleanser wearing makeup tends to do the most damage. I'm already prone to clogged pores, blackheads, and whiteheads, so adding makeup to the mix just worsens it all. The only way I could properly cleanse my face of all the pollutants, sweat, and makeup throughout the day was with scrubs and "gentle" exfoliators. Alba Botanical scrubs always worked best for me, but after awhile my skin began to lack natural oils and moisture, and the build up of the resulting dry/dead skin would cause even more blackheads. Never have I ever been able to fully mitigate this blackhead problem. It was just a recurring cycle of clogged pores, scrubs/toners/moisturizers, dry skin, and then more clogged pores. I didn't even know that the source of the problem could be my overly sensitive skin since it's not typically addressed by conventional drug store brands-- really I thought it was just something I could outgrow, or due to bad skin-picking habits.When I started using NUXE Micellar Cleansing Water, I was initially amazed at how well it worked at removing makeup, and how gentle it was-- I could even use it on my eyes. I try to wear as little makeup as possible, particularly because of my sensitive skin, however, even on makeup-heavy days, this does the trick. I don't use cleansers anymore, aside from a once a week or so scrub/cream. I use this product by itself (applied with cotton facial pads) at night before bed or whenever I feel like my skin needs a refresher. And it. Is. Amazing. Not only is my skin not dry, thus no pore-clogging dead skin, but I also don't pick at it anymore because it isn't flaky (the main reason I would always touch my face). In only a week I saw a huge difference. My skin had a natural glow to it (finally), and despite wearing foundation I was seeing fewer and fewer pores the next day. I can quite honestly say that this has been the greatest beauty product investment I have ever made.Pros:- gentle makeup remover (eyes and face)- gentle on sensitive skin- cleanses enough to use by itself- smells good- easy to apply- no need for washing afterwards (therefore can take it with you and use anywhere)Cons:- pricey- runs out quickly (if it replaces your usual cleanser)

I have ordered this twice. I had used a more expensive one before, but tried this one because the ingredients were similar with rose petal extract rather than grape seed. I love the aroma when I use it, but it won't remain if you are concerned about that. I use 2 cotton pads to remove everyday make up including eye make up. If I have used more make up on occasion, I will follow with skin cleanser. I don't need a toner after using just the Nuxe. I gave it a 4 star because I do use a lot to soak the cotton pad, but I'm not sure that any other micellar water would work any better..

I've been using this for about six months now and love it. I used to use a gentle non-soap cleanser for my sensitive, combination skin that still breaks out even though I'm over 50. I wear make up every day and I love using this for my face and eyes. It's gentle, smells good, and is easy to use. I also recently bought the toner and love that, too, but I find that the cleansing water clears off all the makeup. I buy cotton pads in bulk. I like this brand and have the dry oil and detox serum.

I now only cleanse with Micellar water. My skin is really soft and I don't get oily half way through the day. This is the only brand I've tried. It smells great. I use a cleaning wipe to get most of my makeup off at night and then a cotton pad with Micellar water on it to get the rest. It leaves my skin clean and dewy. I don't wear eye makeup, but I'd guess you would need something else to get mascara off. I use another cotton pad in the morning to prep my skin for some C serum and mineral powder foundation. I'm 42 and I just got a facial and the esthetician raved about my skin.

Me ha gustado mucho, la sensación en la piel es muy ligera. Quizá el único inconveniente que le pongo es que hay que pagar el flete (debería ser prime) además de que tarda un poco en llegar.

Love all nuxe products, bought this specificlly for my eyes. Gentle but removes all traces of make up.

Love the scent! I use this in the morning when I don't have time to follow the regular steps to wash my face. It cleans well and does not dry up your skin.
