No fancy but it works with the bands that I have.

I really like the price of the handle; it was very hard to find this specific item anywhere when this is not a popular item! The price was very good and the quality isn't too bad, the little cushion helps minimize hand pain when using heavy weight; I use this at a gym on the cable machines and I put a thin strong velcro strap thru the handles hole to allow for it to go around the back of my hand to assist in my reverse tricept extensions workout. Before I had to rely on my forearm's strength to help stabilize my grip, but eventually my hand became too tired, even though I could do a few more repetions. Thanks to this product and a little fabrication, I am able to stregthen my tricepts without worrying about losing my grip!

The product is still new and works as advertised. I would not expect any issues at this short amount of time, but so far so good.

I have BMP bands, and like their customer service, but one of my handles came without BMP logo on it, the other had the logo (both handles have it in the picture). If I have a warranty issue, will they take care of it with no marking whatsoever that it's BMP?Cayman brand handles are 25% less expensive on Amazin, look identical, and have a lifetime warranty, too. Just a consideration, esp if someone is buying several sets of handles.

Good quality but I got these as an extra pair for my bands from this same company. The bands must have changed because my old bands would not clip on without using pliers. The new ring is just slighty too thick. I made it work I guess but the bands are now permanently on there. Too much of a pain to remove now.

I've used these with heavy bands and also on pulley machines with pretty heavy weight and they perform very well.

I bought these to expand on a set of Bodylastics resistance bands as I wanted extra grips so I wouldn't have to keep pausing to move grips from one band to another. These grips have fulfilled the basic need - but what I didn't know before ordering is that they are substantially smaller (at least an inch less width on the palm grip) than my Bodylastics original equipment, so if you have medium to large hands (I am 6 foot tall male) the grip will not be wide enough for you. The sides of the grip will annoyingly rub against the sides of your hand as you exercise whereas there is plenty of clearance on the Bodylastics grips. Also, these grips "creak" as the grip rotates in your hand - the Bodylastics have a smooth action which is much more pleasing.In summary then, I went cheap and got caught out. These grips are usable and I am using them currently - but as soon as I can find the Bodylastics items I will replace these and chuck them in the trash bin. If you need a cheap fix these will get you by - but if you can afford it go with your original equipment like Bodylastics.

For what you get the quality isn’t terrible the grips are pretty comfy while using them...my only knock against them is the strap itself is a little on the short side in comparisons to the bowflex ones! Kinda wished they were longer, but all that aside they do what they’re suppose to do and that’s a plus! The quality is easily on or with bowflex just lacking in length of the overall strap and maybe a little wider for bigger hands would be nice! Other than that good product!

Es macht Spaß damit zu trainieren. Ich persönlich fänds gut, wenn das Band fixiert wäre aber man kann nicht alles haben. So muss ich das Band ab und an wieder mittig ausrichten.Nach einer Weile im Einsatz habe ich festgestellt das wenn ich mit höherem Gewicht trainiere die Griffe etwas nachgeben, sich also etwas biegen. Beim Training kam mir daher schon ab und an der Gedanke das mir der Griff gleich um die Ohren fliegt. Zugegebenermaßen habe ich den Griff aber auch etwas zweckentfremdet im Einsatz gehabt. Ich nutze diesen gerne auch zum rudern im stehen bei meiner hochklappbaren Hantelbank mit Rudervorrichtung. Alles in allem dennoch ein absolutes Muss im eigenen Heimstudio.

I've had these for a few months now and I think I've broken 3 of 5 the five resistance bands already.I'm using these for face pulls, flies, tricep extensions and I'm a pretty lightweight guy. But after some use the bands will break at one of the two ends right at the end of a rep. It's not failing from wear against the pole I have them around, they're failing where the bands are connected to the black rubber tips. So I don't think I can do anything differently except for using less force, which defeats the purpose entirely.So now I close my eyes and look away because I don't trust the other two to last very long either.They're cheap, but it's a safety hazard if they're breaking at high tension close to your face, so there's really no value for money in my opinion.

Bought these to use with bands and they do the trick
