Van HeusenMen's Dress Shirt Regular Fit Pinpoint Stripe

The arms are on the small side, my arms are about 15" right now, which is smallish for me, so I expected a better fit. The neck is actually very comfortable, the chest is a little tight, belly is nice. The color looks really good, I have not washed them yet. It is not perfect, but it is good value. I bought CT shirts which were pricey and they are substantially the same cloth and fit , but this shirt comes with a pocket. So yes, I would buy again at low $20s it is very good value. I am buying the larger size though.

I LOVE this dress shirt. The Van Heusen brand comes in so many sizes that it’s very easy to get a shirt that fits properly off the rack in all aspects: collar, body, and sleeve. The collar and sleeves themselves hold a good shape and when ironed are very stiff and sharp, and what’s great about this shirt in specific is that it’s striped!Most men opt for a solid colored dress shirt or go with plaid for a more casual look, but I love the vertical pin striping on this shirt because from far away, it looks almost golden. The detail only really shows when you’re up close, which in terms of men’s style is an excellent feature.I’m definitely going to get the blue variations as well, but this one is a great pick for men who already have a solid white and solid light blue shirt.

I purchased a half-size smaller that fits me in other brands. Was too small, especially in arm length. Returned it and got half-size larger size which fits fine. Brand-name quality and excellent value (at time of purchase). Very pleased.

The actual color is much darker purple than the photo.You will be noticed in the crowd.

Today it’s hard to find a dress shirt, button down with neck and sleeve length that my husband has worn for years. So many gauge the sizes from small to xl and bigger. Many times the Xl is 17-17 1/2…this is too big, especially if I order tall, but the 16-16 1/2 is too small. This shirt is beautiful, quality is excellent and perfect fit.

This seems like the classic Van Heusen shirt they've been making for ages. My chest is about 43", and I wish the back were about 1/2" wider. Meanwhile, the shoulders are too wide. OTOH, this would be right for someone with more ideal proportions.

What I liked: The sleeves are longer than your usual shirt, which is good. What I didn't like. Sewing short cuts like the side seams and sleeves do not have 'felled seams' and there are no darts or pleats in the back. Still, a good fit.

Nice quality, texture is great and gives the real professional look. I keep buying more
